ONLY CASH. Translation: This food is fricken legit and amazing. Ordering can be a bit of a challenge sometimes if you aren’t fluent in Spanish but if you’re kind and try to use some Spanish they’ll do the same with English. My girlfriend and I have a gone a few times and my Spanish vocabulary is growing with each visit! I 100% recommend this place to anyone craving Mexican food , this is not Tex-Mex by any means!

The portions were decent but there just wasn’t enough flavor in the dishes I tried. I would eat there again but it wouldn’t be my first choice. Friendly staff!

Was in the mood for something different and out of the norm saw this place driving by in the neighborhood never noticed it. Checked the reviews and gave it a try. It was the best authentic Mexican that I have ever had. I had the chicken fajita plate with rice and beans my husband had a beef burrito. Both portions were large I could only eat half my plate. Enough jalapeno that it was hot without being overwhelming. I poured the red sauce all over everything. Down size was that they don’t speak English and the menu is all in Spanish and you have to navigate by photos and the words you can recognize. I had cash since I read the reviews and was aware although yes somewhat inconvenient. Will be back though soon.

Food was good but the staff was a bit awkward… and the building was very old and somewhat unclean.

I’ve been here three times and had three amazing dishes. The cuisine here is what I would call “real Mexican”– it’s not Tex-Mex, nor is it some chef’s hip modern take on Mexican that’s adapted for American palettes to the point that it loses its Mexican-ness. Instead, it’s an honest plate that tastes like something you’d eat if you were in a Mexican home in Hidalgo.

I ordered 3 street tacos and a bean and cheese burrito, it took a minute to explain what a bean and cheese burrito was and the cashier was even confused when I said it in Spanish.

A decent authentic Mexican place. Be aware that it is cash only. I have had better tacos, both in Mexico and in DFW, but it isn’t bad. My Spanish is very rusty, which made it very hard to order. So be aware of that if coming here. It is a good price for what you get though.

The reason for the low rating is because of how over priced their food was compared to the quality. The serving sizes were decent but lacked flavor. The whole restaurant smelt of frying oil and stuck to our clothes and to top it off, we were treated and attended by a very curt woman who was not pleasant to work with.

Waitresses were super nice and they made sure that everything was okay. Food tasted great; it felt like heaven in my mouth. I’m not a Dallas local, but I’d drive hours to come back here!
