Where’s the 25 stars button? Today we spent our anniversary lunch here and were treated like royalty—well, rockstars! We had the candied pork belly, the burnt ends, the brisket and the pulled pork with sides of beans and potato salad. When I say that these baked beans were the best barbecue beans I have ever had in all 50 states, I am not kidding! We have done Kansas City barbecue, Nashville, Kentucky, Texas and Memphis and this place is up there with the heavy hitters. The flavors are a perfect blend that is a Christmas party in your mouth!!! And the deserts? Upside down pineapple cake and a chocolate brownie on steroids. Both were fantastic.

Burnt ends are hard to come by. Nachos were excellent. Pulled pork was also really good, espy with the maple bourbon sauce. Blueberry sauce was also excellent.

Such an amazing place with friendly staff and delicious food!!! They have live music on the weekend and outdoor seating! Definitely would recommend and will be back. I could smell the BBQ from the road ❤️

If you haven’t tried Stusquatch’s Rockstar BBQ, you’re missing out! Their food is fantastic, and their menu is hilarious. Staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is cool because you can order at the Where House Bar and they’ll bring it to you at your table.

Stusquatch catered my niece’s wedding, and they are the real deal! Delicious smoke flavor, super tender and juicy. They even had smoked jackfruit that tasted exactly like pulled chicken! The mac’n’cheese was hands down the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant. And the variety of fruit flavored Carolina Reaper bbq sauces…I approve! Do yourself a favor and give these bbq guys a try.

Two words: Pork. Belly. The burnt ends were great, service was excellent, and the outdoor seating area was perfect. The kids loved the waffles and French toast, and the breakfast burrito was fantastic!! Very chill atmosphere.

We had dinner on Saturday night with a sampling of all the meats with some of the Hale’s sauces, and the wonderful mosh pit beans. We also had the special brunch on Mother’s Day. The smoked salmon, Canadian bacon and pulled pork on toasted English muffins were super tasty. The baked goods were top notch. You have to have the pineapple upside down cake if you go. The cheesecake was excellent as well.

Stopped by for brunch with some of my best friends, had a wonderful experience! Got amazing bloody Mary’s at the bar next door, and LOVED some good hungover food. The breakfast burrito with queso is to die for. Make sure you stop by! Such a fun atmosphere.

I a whole brisket ordered and it was amazing! The flavor was incredibly smokey and just the right amount of spice. They offer a creative menu as well and can customize your flavors to your liking. Highly recommend it. The staff was also very polite and engaging. Best bbq I’ve had in Missouri!
