Happy Hour is definitely the time to go! The drinks were so good, pretty and inexpensive. We were able to walk in and be seated immediately. Our waitress was awesome. The food came out quickly. I like the pay by kiosk at the table. My only issue is the small portion of chicken.

Bahama Breeze is one of my favorite restaurants. I was so upset when they closed the Baltimore location, but luckily, the Woodbridge, VA location is still within a decent driving distance. The parking is easy and free. There was no line when we got there (roughly 5pm). They had R&B music playing softly in the background, which made for a soothing atmosphere. Our waitress was nice and she provided great recommendations for us. I ordered the Jerk Chicken Pineapple Bowl and the Firecracker Shrimp. I loved both dishes. I also ordered several Virgin Ultimate Pineapple drinks. So good, but I wish they would take out the core so you get more of the drink. Overall, I had a great experience at this location and I’ll definitely return in the near future.

AMAZING! I got a happy hour mojito and the jerk chicken pineapple bowl. Such a great paring. Food was hot and drink was cold. Service was quick and bar staff was very friendly.

We came here on a Saturday afternoon. There were more servers than tables. The tables have devices on them to place orders and call servers over. The hostess was pretty uninterested in seating us. The host stand had 3 people there just hanging out talking. We waited 30 minutes for a server and water, even after having called one, placed an appetizer order, and having gone up to the host stand. Logistically these devices on the table that were supposed to make dining there faster and easier prolonged the process of being helped and seemingly made the staff a little to lax. I’m rating this place high because the food was not bad at the price point and when we did finally get served, our server was amazing and really attentive. I will forewarn that although the food is tasty, it is not really Caribbean. We had the jerk shrimp appetizer which tasted great..but like a shrimp scampi, not a trace of jerk in this shrimp. The salmon was also tasty and the meal altogether was relatively inexpensive for what we purchased. Hopefully they figure things out at this location in terms of getting people serviced faster. I was expecting a quick bite not a 2 hour meal.

Bahama Breeze was one of my favorite chains when I lived in Nashua, NH. After running an errand in Potomac Shores, my boyfriend and I decided to grab a late lunch at Bahama Breeze in Potomac Mills. I wish there was a location in Maryland closer than Woodbridge, VA. The restaurant had a Caribbean vibe to it. I liked the music playlist. It would have been cool to sit inside.

I have been there twice and both times the experiences were great! We were there for happy hour only and everything was half off. My friend and I both got the Bahamarita and it tastes good but looks amazing! So if you want an Instagram picture here, order this! Our favorite are firecracker shrimp, coconut shrimp, beef empanadas, crab dip, and honey mustard classic wings. I don’t really like the chicken tostones and the conch fritters. The waiters were excellent and the atmosphere was amazing both times. Definitely recommend this place for everyone who likes tasty comfort food and Caribbean ambience. This place is my favorite for happy hour. Will definitely come back!
