avoid this location. i literally bit down on SHARP PLASTIC while eating out of my bowl. this place seems to be going downhill more and more as time goes on. chicken is also literally always burnt. yuck.

The worst chipotle I’ve consistently been to and today was my last. The gn should be fired because there has been staffing issues here for 2 years. One person making burritos always, a line out the door, and making the burritos showed zero signs of any ever seen in my life. Today I waited 20 mins to be served unacceptable. By the time I got there they were out of everything I wanted. I’m not coming back here again. Corporate clearly dosent care so I will be spending my money elsewhere

this location has fine food (for the most part) but the service is horrible. there are a few nice employees here and there but the rest are awful. there’s no need for an attitude towards customers and its obvious workers don’t know simple manners/how to treat customers. on top of that, the place is a mess. every single table is dirty and a simple wipe down every once in a while would be great. overall, the staff just needs a rundown of appropriate behavior and how to act more professional towards their customers.

The guy making my food takes a scoop of chicken and shakes it off to give me a leveled scoop. Everyone else got a full scoop, so I asked if that’s all they can give for one serving and he said yes. Then he walked to the back and everyone else got a full scoop. What am I paying 9$ for if not for at least a serving of chicken. 9$ worth of rice and beans can feed an army anywhere else, this is the last time I try coming here – I’m tired of having my lunch shrinkflated by employees that militantly guard the chicken probably cause they needed to make more and wanted it to last for a few more customers. I have an idea since everyone on social media has the same problem. Why not weigh the meet before adding it so you know for sure everyone is getting the right amount. Potbelly’s does this and it’s never a problem. Plus my friend pre-ordered online and had to wait 20 minutes longer after I got my food from the line. Maybe its just this location?

I don’t understand why this location has mean people at the register most of the time. Today was no different, I would’ve publish her name but she didn’t even give me a receipt so unfortunately I can’t see it. Not only rude but when I asked about my salad dressing she rolled her eyes. Please find customer friendly register workers or at least have them go through a class of how to be professional with paying customers. Thank you in advance!

A lot of problems with checkout. Today they charged for a side of guacamole I didn’t order and the checker kept insisting (without looking) I ordered the more expensive chicken al pastor bowl rather than chicken. Luckily, the employee who filled the bowl vouched for me that it was chicken. The checker was rude and argumentative. I called out I was charged for two sides of guac when there’s only one. The math is simple. The checker argued and insisted on charging for two. I just paid for the extra guac because she was unbending and unreasonable. All I want is to pay for what I ordered.

My issue is with the Chipotle app, not the restaurant. I used my reward points to redeem a side order but that order was missing. I see that it appeared only on the check-out portion of my mobile bill but the side order did not appear among my actual order items. So of course the restaurant staff did not include it in my order. When I tried to resolve the issue by calling chipotle or chatting online, they only had bots and no human. The bot was not smart or helpful to understand the issue. It was very frustrating.

After ordering a chicken bowl, and spitting out three or four pieces of chicken because they were pink, semi transparent and clearly not cooked, I brought it to the attention of the manager. He was happy to refund me or offer another bowl. He did not seem particularly concerned that they were under cooking chicken which could potentially hospitalize or even kill somebody. I reported this to their website and I’m interested to see if they will get back to me. Beware if you go there!
