Had a really rude experience at breakfast. It was my first time here and while we were about to place our order with our server, the hostess interrupted and said a new guest was requesting for our server. Our server immediately starts having a conversation with the new guests and just leaves us. We sit there all confused and eventually get assigned a new server after roughly 5 minutes. It took us less than a minute for us to place an order and I am not sure why the first server couldn’t just take our order instead of fully ditching us for a known customer. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Our new server was fine but the first server just made our whole experience sour. Will not be returning.

A HUGE shout out to the Nautilus Diner… Billy, Valentina, the kitchen staff, the host/cashier, everyone! I brought my class of adult learners in for lunch. Our bus arrived late and they held my large table open for us. The staff was soooo very accommodating, patient, kind, and understanding of our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure my learner with severe allergies was able to enjoy a safe meal out. Our server could not have been more patient and zen through all of our chaos.
