Staff seemed stressed out. Ordered 7 drinks and some donuts. Taste of everything was good, but ordered size large of drinks that were not filled full. One of the drinks was missing whip as well. Place seemed clean.

MENTAL TEMPEST

Everytime I order they always hand me the wrong food or my order with nothing I actually ordered on it. 9 times out of 10 there are extra items missing. Went through one time and ordered a dozen donuts and they didn’t hand me anything but my drink I had to tell them I ordered donuts with it. The service is terrible and the employees need to actually read the reciept

Coffee is mediocre, but sometimes you need Dunkin’. I stopped coming for 3+ months because I was tired of them not having snackin bacon (due to allergies, it’s the one thing I can eat there) and now instead of being told “we’re out” they put sad soggy cold sandwich bacon in a wrapper and call it a day. As much as I enjoy bacon, I’d rather they stuck to saying they were out then have to suffer.

The lady working yesterday was rude as hell. She scolded me for ordering online and then arriving too quickly.. what if I would have ordered at the speaker and not online? There still would have been a wait, which I was totally okay with. I was NOT okay with being treated like a child and lectured. Will not be back. Go to any other location.

What an awesome experience! This was my first time at the Hartford location and Tara and Gracie were AMAZING! They greeted me with a smile and they were so pleasant. Next time I drive through, I’ll be sure to stop at this Dunkin to grab a snack and a coffee. Hopefully I’ll see one of those lovely ladies again!

I’m on the road A LOT, and Dunkin is usually my go-to spot for a nice little treat and a fancy (to me) coffee. There’s something to be said about feeling like you got $15 worth of high quality stuff like at your competitors, but you got it at Dunkin for under $7!!! This is my favorite location too. The customer service here just makes me feel like I’m their #1 concern, and you just don’t get that at other chains.
