There’s been a gradual decline in the quality of food here. This is a photo of the bottom half of the bag of large waffle fries with charred, hard, crunchy scraps, not waffle fries. The sign at the entrance stating it’s not fast good but good food as fast as they can used to hold true but not anymore. We like to support local businesses but the food here needs to improve. It used to be better; what happened? ♂️

This was my first time to Granny’s. I went through the drive through. I has a mushroom Swiss burger and fries. The burger was excellent, fresh with great flavor. In my opinion a good portion for the price. The fries were hot and salted well and it came with a fry sauce…great because I am not a ketchup fan. It did take about 15 minutes from order to completion but hey…I will take that over a fast food cardboard burger. I will stop by again.

Decent taste, price is a bit high for what you get. Love that it’s open Sundays now! It does drive me a little nuts they ask if you want cheese when you ask for a burger. I guess some don’t know to ask for a cheeseburger? All & all they have great shakes & most of the time the order is correct with is a huge plus. The price : serving size ratio is the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.

Added lettuce to our kids burgers for an extra $ per burger and got what’s in this picture. Waited 15 minutes at the front counter until I interrupted the young gal working to tell her we had a to go order on the shelf and had not been helped. Who knows how long it would have taken her to get to us. Soggy burgers from sitting so long on the shelf so that was disappointing. Not sure what happened to Granny’s but we have been customers for a while and first time back in a few months and everything has gone down hill from food to customer service. Maybe we will try again in a few months and see if the food and service has got any better..

We got milkshakes here and they didn’t taste good—something tasted funny about them. Almost like the milk was sour? We got a peach shake and we couldn’t finish because it was not good. We’re from out of town so not sure if this is how it normally is but we were with a big group and there were only a few that liked their shakes. Not sure if it was just a bad batch.

I have had the pleasure of eating here a few times, and Everytime has been an absolute treat! The pulled pork was flavorful and satisfying, the cheeseburger was juicy and so tasty, the tots (gotta have my tots) are crispy and hot, pair perfectly with their fry sauce. Make sure you don’t drive past Granny’s without getting a bite to eat!

Good fast food, not so great customer service! Pulled up and heard welcome to granny’s I’ll be with you in just a moment (no prob) I was the only car in the drive through … Waited 10 min at the drive thru with no response and had to ask if they were ready to take my order. Waited another 15 min for the order. They forgot my daughters shake and fry, that apparently took them another 12min to make and looked confused as to who was going to do it.

It’s a shame that a small town staple has changed ownership and has completely lost everything that was loved about it.. burgers and fries are horrible! Out of ice cream..when milkshakes are the $ maker! Got rid of Wednesday night specials..which almost made it affordable as a single mom of 3 to treat her kiddos..instead upped the prices..AND stopped giving and receiving granny bucks..guess I’ll use my stash of granny cash to wipe my a*$ after eating there for the last time

I have been to Granny’s many times and I normally don’t share negative reviews however, each time I go things get a little worse. I hope granny’s can make positive changes with information that is given. The wait time to get your food is just too long. The employees could be more friendly and the food has been quite inconsistent. I hope training from management can improve because we want Granny’s to succeed. Also, please remove the awkward tip question. If I waited 20 minutes for an ice cream cone, when they ask, would you like to leave a 10, 15 or 20% tip on a $2 cone I think it is uncomfortable. I tip for friendliness and overall experience, not for the bare minimum.
