UPDATE: From 4 stars to 3. This location is becoming less and less a favorite. My complaint is staff not being sanitary while handling cooked food. There are plenty disposable gloves, but seldomly used. The person handling the counter, i.e., assembling the burgers, should absolutely not be touching their cell phones in between preparing food without changing gloves. That is highly unsanitary and puts consumers at risk of bacterial infection. The guy preparing my burger stopped to check his phone while waiting for the patties. Then was about to finish wrapping my burger, right before I asked him to please change his gloves. Disgusting.

The burgers are fresh and super delicious. The staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is pleasant. I never have to wait long for my delicious burger with delicious fries . Their milkshakes are awesome as well. I definitely recommend it ✔️

My first and last experience here. The service was not bad, the cashier was great but when picking up it was not as friendly. The food was not as good. I was expecting more from the hype for the flavor. I had purchased 2 little bacon cheeseburgers and one cheeseburger with large fries and 2 drinks. It’s way overpriced for something so fast food. The regular cheeseburger was undercooked with an ice cold bun. The other 2 cheeseburgers were without any seasoning . The fries were the best but too expensive for something that seems like a “Wendys” copy. Just to go your favorite fast food burger place and it will be cheaper and more flavorful.

Everything here is amazing food and cleanliness wise. Employee at counter was very pushy for us to pay cash and he would take a total off the profit if we put half the amount of the sale in the tip jar. That is stealing

I came here to get French fries and a chocolate-peanut butter shake. When I asked for an ingredient list, the staff was very kind and attentive to my needs. He got it for me. The French fries only have three ingredients (potatoes, salt, and oil) which is very good compared to other fast food chains such as McDonalds, Burger King, and Wendy’s. I was given my shake shortly after ordering, but waited around 5 minutes more for the fries. It was all worth it though, because the fries were very good and hot. The chocolate peanut butter shake was really good but also sweet. One thing to note is that it is a very big milkshake – not unusual at all for America. An nice addition is that they offered a very big cardboard box with a scooper and a bunch of peanuts with their shells on for you to eat.

Guys I’ve been going to five guys for over 10 years, I just got home and this was the fries I got in my bag. I paid $5 for this, usually they stuff the cup and throw a few extra. this isn’t even a full order of fries. That’s aggravating as food isn’t already expensive.

There not pet friendly even if your going to order to go . Lady told me as soon I walked in there I can’t order because my dog even he was in his doggie bag . She said ‘no you can’t order you have a dog’.

Everything from the food to the service was amazing.. the young lady that took our order was very patient with my son and upsold a milk shake and walked him through all the possibilities. The food was great and we sat in the resturant to eat. Everything was cleaned and well stocked.

I troed 2 locations ordered a burger both times when i went to bite into it the meat crumbled wasnt seasoned and very greasy im a lover of frankie vallis song grease and he says grease is the word but its not the word when it comes to your health .
