First time visiting and let me tell you I’m glad I stopped by. I just had surgery on my legs hr before I got there and had them bandage up. The young lady took my order and offered to bring it to my car. I thought that was the sweetest thing any fast food worker has ever done. The store was very clean. My sub was delicious and the right amount of meats and vegetables. I got my money worth. Wasn’t packed or naked just perfect. Everything was very fresh. Added avocado to my sub and it was awesome. I was welcomed when I went in. Everyone worked together. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Just rish they had one closer by.

I love this particular location. It’s one of the only ones i. An park my semi and trailer and walk slightly across the street to get into. Theyre VERy cool folks in there, laid back and good ol’ customer service. I dont remember the young guys name but him and i joke every time i visit cause hes always there no matter which day i stop thru! Inside joke now between us. Feels good to be recognized and get a good sammich! Keep up the work you’ll!

Today was the first day that I ever went into this JJ and was given a sandwich without a bag. I think it is ridiculous to walk out of a restaurant with food not in a bag. When I received my sandwich I asked for a bag and that this was the first time that I received my sandwich without a bag. The female was really nonchalant about it, made some facial expressions, and basically blew me off. She should not be dealing with customers if she doesn’t know how to deal with them. Of course I spoke with the manager. I didn’t even give much time for a response because it’s so disappointing to go into these establishments and give people your money for less than great service. If you work in fast food you should be the best in working in fast food and customer service is a part of fast food.

Ordered box lunches for my shift without a 24 hrs notice. JJ was happy to help. They took the order over the phone and I picked it up 3 hrs later. Everything was made and packaged as requested the first time. The prices are good and this place has very fresh cut meat and baked bread. Customer service sometimes at the register for takeout for the female in the evening on Walter Reed can be improved.

The last 2 times I came to this location it is SO LOUD in there with the music and the employees are laughing and joking. I don’t mind people having fun but they are so loud you can’t hear the person who is taking their order. Several times asking to repeat. They see the Customer and they continue to be loud and joke.

I thoroughly enjoy Jimmy John’s subs. Not only are subs here top notch with fresh veggies, but the atmosphere is super chill and comfortable. They have fun signs all over the place with interesting things to read while you eat. Takes me back to reading the back of cereal boxes while eating breakfast. Awesome place to eat.

We came in 20 minutes before closing, starving after hours in the children’s emergency room, unable to go home without a necessary prescription from the only 24 hour pharmacy in the county. The staff gave no sign of attitude. They gave us their best customer service and served up some delicious sandwiches, all in a very quick fashion.
