I’ve ordered food from this spot on DoorDash for a couple of times. Yesterday was the first time I came here in person. I ordered on the app to pick it up. Service was very slow. Workers need to stop talking too much. The food was good.

Come here second time. I know about Chipotle only few months ago and try this food maybe third time, if we check Manhattan Chipotle and This place Manhattan more clean, but food more tasty here, I don’t know why. My experience in this Chipotle is very good.

Received wrong everything, gave me two wrong orders and when I gave it back the employee asked what’s wrong with it , it’s not mine that’s what’s wrong with it . finally received my order all the wrong proteins horrible restaurant. Security guard and staff rather socialize than do their jobs. 25 people in the restaurant waiting for food that was on the counters bagged. An employee cleaning the line in the middle of the day 5:15pm while the place is filled with customers.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I had a pick up order for 7:40. I get there and we’re all waiting in the drive thru for 50 MINUTES no exaggeration. I would’ve left but there was no way for me to get out. I ordered a steak quesadilla and this is what they gave me. I threw it out it looks like someone’s left overs. Please I beg of you DO NOT COME HERE! I wish I would’ve read the reviews before coming. Again, do NOT come here it’s a waste of time, gas, and money.

Delicious food, only thing when rush hour hits , Make Sure you check your bags and order. Had my order mixed up a few times but they always fix it for me. Friendly service especially the security guard. I Just wish the condiment area was cleaned and stocked frequently with sauces. Definitely will go back.

The customer service experience was great. I’ve encountered the assistance of 3 great staff members. It was busy, crowded and hectic but they did not let that deter them at all. Ashantee, Rayon and Stacy were the absolute best that I have interacted with in a while at a Chipotle. Their work ethics should be recognized, cherished, and appreciated. Because of them I make it my business to eat there more often. Thank you guys a ton for the excellent job that y’all do. I truly appreciate it. Keep up the great work.

Besides paying $36.00 for 3 tacos and a burrito and black guac, I wish I would have went to taco bell. Paid $4.00 for extra chicken and all I got was extra crunchy rice. The black beans and pinto beans tasted and felt like marbles. I swear I thought I had a vegan burrito. And did I forget to mention that there was a half of slice of chicken in each taco!!! Never again, rather get real Mexican food from a street vendor.

Being where I live it was always hard to get to a chipotle without taking uber or driving when possible, so to have this one so close to home has been amazing. The food is always good and the staff are always welcoming. Me and my wife get greeted, genuine smiles, and even great conversations while waiting for our bowls. Genesis does a such a great job managing along with her staff members and, because of that we come every week, sometimes more than once a week. Nawal, Ashantee, and Rayon are always fast and efficient operating the line and getting orders taken care of as well. We will always give this establishment our business! Thank you guys!!!

I was visiting Brooklyn, NY on Saturday March 25, 2023 and decided to get a salad at Chipotle on Linden Blvd. they have the worst customer service in all of Brooklyn. The serving counter was messy, they did not have basic green peppers and the chicken was all burnt, so I complained. The manager actually told me it’s his store and if I did like his attitude the door was behind me and as a matter of fact he’s not serving me. I left the store amazed that’s the behavior of a Chipotle manager/owner. I would never shop at that location again and neither should you. They do not deserve to be in existence.

Long wait even when it just opened not long ago. I witnessed 2 employees blatantly ignoring an uber driver that just came in, asking for help. Some employees were on their phone. Bad customer service and bad food quality. I was served cold lumpy rice, unseasoned tough chicken which was supposed to be the new “al pastor chicken”, and also served what seemed like leftover guacamole. I thought chipotle pride itself on using fresh ingredients. Seemed like I got a leftover bowl from the night before. I like chipotle in general but this location isn’t up to standards.
