Ordered pizza , delivery time showed 8.50pm, at 9.50 pm it was not delivered, we called 3times, Jets told every time it will get delivered in 5 minutes, finally at 9.50pm they say it can’t be delivered, very very poor service,

My husband and I tried this pizza for the first time with the Blue Jackets promotion. The deep dish Chicago style pizza is delicious. We got it twice in 1 week. Will definitely be back.

The pizza was not ready when they said it would be, and was not the toppings we ordered, however the taste, texture, and crust of the deep dish was really good, and the wings were good too. Overall the experience was a wash because of the service and accuracy. Probably was more deserving of two stars, but because of the quality I will give them the benefit of the doubt.

We have been ordering here for years and we like their pizza but tonight we had an issue with our order. When I called to tell them they were so apologetic and took care of our entire dinner, such great service!!!
