The Phad Thai has a different flavor then any other I’ve eatin. More curry and a hint of more fish oil. Plenty of chicken. Which I completely enjoyed! The spiciest house sauce was put on the side. Check your health before dipping. I really love this Phad Thai! I’ll be back to try the Pho another day.

Delighted to have found this Pho spot! I ordered the tendon pho, which had the most delectable, tender pieces of tendon I’ve ever had. My husband ordered the combination pho, and we were both surprised by the meatballs because meatballs are usually boring; but these were very fresh and had depth of flavor. (The pho broth is delicious, too!) We ordered the crispy pancake as an appetizer. Yum! So crispy, yet light and delicious. Last but not least, the service was prompt and very friendly, which we always appreciate. Highly recommend trying Viet’s Taste. We’ll be back!

6/13/22 – Today was a perfect opportunity to try their spring rolls, and I did! Viet’s Taste spring rolls I found were good, but I felt needed more veggies, they were a little bit on the bland side, but the peanut sauce they offer with it was extremely tasty. Also it comes as four decent size pieces! Don’t veer away from ordering these, yes I feel more veggies are needed but overall they were still fresh and a great lunch and I had left overs for my hubby to snack on!!

Clearly run and staffed by folks who really care. Every element of my pho and sandwich was meticulously assembled. The broth was perfectly spiced, light but substantial, and the tendon was notable in that it was a whole slice cooked through perfectly. The staff was very hospitable. I’ve probably eaten pho at over 50 different restaurants in my life and this place is in my top 5.

I ordered 4 pho, spring rolls, and boba. The pho noodle was cooked too much and the broth was salty and too oily. The spring rolls were good but the boba wasn’t good. The tapioca wasn’t chewy but more dry and it fell apart when I bit it. I don’t recommend putting tapioca in the boba. I would’ve given a better review if the service was better. The waitress was so slow and when we asked for something, we would get it when we didn’t need it anymore. All the tables were a mess and they weren’t cleaned the whole time we were there. I even saw a customer leave because there weren’t any seats for them. The service just ruined everything. It also took quite some time for the food to come out.

This is a new Vietnamese restaurant located in the shopping complex by Safeway in Silverdale. The pho broth was very flavorful and the bahn mi also tasted good (you can alter it to your specifications if you want more or less of something) and the bread was soft. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Restaurant eas very tidy and clean. I will definitely be coming back.
