They went for total transformation of this store front into a Tiki Polynesian dining experience. The Bo Bo platter (combination tray) has a little grill in the center (careful if you have children at your table) for charing meat. We do not drink, but the tropical drinks were popular at other tables and looked delicious! Portions are large and work well for family style dining.

I had the combo plate #5. The chicken chop suey was watery and tasteless. The pork fried rice was greasy but fairly tasty. The vegetarian egg roll was very dry. I only finished the portion of rice that didn’t become diluted by the watery chop suey. I won’t return to this restaurant. Big disappointment.

I decided to try this place for lunch. I decided to call an order in since i wasnt familiar with the menu and the options werent clear online. When i called in I Specifically informed them that I was not familiar with their menu and that it was my 1st time eating there. I asked if I could add fried rice to the sweet-and-sour chicken lunch special, And I was told yes. I assumed this would be vegetable fried rice since i was not asked about a meat, perhaps i ahould have asked. I picked up my order and went back to the office only to find that my fried rice had pork in it. I do not eat pork. It makes me sick. I called the restaurant, and informed them of what had occurred and they were unwilling to remake the item without the pork fried rice. Again I informed them this was my 1st time coming..and that I called in my order. I was never informed that it would be pork Fried rice in the entree- i should have been told this. Why would you put pork fried rice in a chicken entree anyway. Because of this I will not be visiting again. I had to toss the whole thing. My lunch is over now and Im hungry . I work nearby and just informed my coworkers of this experience.

Honestly, since the new shift in ownership the food and the restaurant have gone down hill. My family and I have been going there for years and the quality of the food has definitely down graded as the prices has gone up. They keep adding too much to the menu where they can’t specialize in dishes anymore. Its all mediocre now. Very disappointed to see this place go downhill and loose a lot of life time customers. It’s time to find a new go to restaurant.

I was a lifelong Tong’s customer. I received a coupon in the mail for 2 free egg rolls. When I called to order dinner and told them I had the coupon for the eggrolls, I was told I couldn’t use my coupon unless I played the slots they have in the restaurant. Nowhere on the coupon for the egg rolls does it say you have to play the slots to redeem the coupon. I believe this is false advertising. Disappointed in Tongs. Cancelled my dinner order. So instead of making money with me ordering dinner, they made no money and lost a customer.

Very soothing yet cultivating experience form the sound of birds, the dark ambiance and the very diligent staff with Mary being exceptional. The food was also filling and offered a vast menu of options. Definitely recommend the tiki alcoholic blend for two and the dinner portion offered. The cleanliness also gives it a 100/10.
