Terrible waitress, had to get my own drinks, didn’t get the order correct, my lady never even got her food! The pizza was burnt and the drinks tasted weird… overall I would advise others to avoid this Pizza Hut! The salad bar consisted of lettuce and dressing it didn’t even contain croutons for the salad!

Been in Waverly last few months for softball and noticed one day there was pizza hut restaurant!!!! Stopped in for a late dinner. Our waiter was super super awesome & very kind! Very clean lovely place and if we are ever in the area again we’ll definitely stop & eat! For that we tipped pir waiter twice

Called and ordered 2 Pepperoni Pizzas and 2 orders of bread sticks with sauce. Got 1 Pepperoni and 1 Cheese Pizza and no bread sticks. Was told “if I got the “call center” they speak a different language and are always messing orders up.” She told me there was nothing they could do about the order being wrong and walked away. I WILL NEVER ORDER PIZZA HUT AGAIN

I got the stuffed crust pizza. The bottom crust was so thin and hard that I thought I chipped a tooth. The cheese from the crust had all but completely melted out. It tasted like it had been made the day before and baked again the day I ordered. It was cold when I got it as well.

Our hometown Pizza Hut offers fast and friendly service and the pizza has always been great. We love the variety of yummy crusts and the online ability to build our pizza, pay for it, and have it ready when we pull up to the curb! We love the creamy garlic parmesan sauce and keeps us coming back for more. Great job!
