1st off they are locking the bathrooms, I understand why but what about the person who actually is going to buy something? You mean I have to take my food into the bathroom? Or leave the food I just ordered on the counter unattended? Should I waste time going to the counter, get the key then jump back online? If you’re going to lock the bathrooms at least put a sign on the door saying go to the register and get the key. I thought someone was in there going to the bathroom and wasted time that way too. I had to wait a long time before my food even came out. I got the bathroom key before my food came out. I got the bathroom key before the food which was good but when I got back to the counter to pick up my food the picture below is what I got back. It wasn’t even properly sealed, not cool!

I went there last night, the 5th of July at 9:55pm. It was closed but the drive through was open. The line wasn’t long but the wait was 35 minutes. I ordered a double quarter pounder meal. I parked in the parking area to eat it and after a few bites realized it was a single quarter pounder meal in a double quarter pound box. I brought it back and waited another 10 minutes to get a new one, watching as at least 8 people were working on orders in the back. I spent almost an hour from start to finish. This isn’t fast food and I wonder how many people per night get the wrong order drive away and don’t bother to go back in disgust. The manager should be fired for her negligence.
