This was my first time ever eating at a Bojangles. It was good. I’d definitely eat at one again. My husband ordered dirty rice as his side; he said it was good. It looked good and smelled good. Now let’s talk about the sweet tea…. Bomb dot com!!!!

We never miss an opportunity to dine at a Bojangles when traveling. A short drive from Kennesaw Mountain, stopping in was a must. The cashier was nice and friendly. Although the chicken wings tasted like they were sitting under the heat lamp for a while, there’s something about that Bojangles chicken. The bold seasonings, delicious coleslaw & dirty rice, fresh biscuits and that amazingly good Sweet Potato pie definitely hit the spot. I have only one request, please don’t sweep the dining room while guests are eating. Overall, this was a pretty good Bojangles experience.

This morning we purchased four chicken biscuits through your drive-through. I cannot begin to explain how hard the biscuits were and how the chicken tasted like it was stale and refried in dirty old oil.The biscuits were rock hard to the touch don’t understand how the server even packed them!

Order and window associate helpful and understanding. She explained my options for what I wanted. Fries appeared over-cooked, but they agreed to my request for fresh fries. My order was complete with style of tenders and sauce flavor.

Sooo freaking good. My friend and I was traveling through. The lady running the place had an awesome attitude. Very welcoming friendly environment and the whole crew was cleaning keeping busy! The boss definitely knows how to run her store. Fresh food everything was delicious

Drive Thru stated a 25 minute wait on fried chicken. I ordered chicken strips and SWEET tea instead of what I truly wanted. The Tea was unsweet (gross). The chicken strips were dry and chewy. This place needs to be shut down. Thank goodness I am only in town on business.

Worst location I’ve ever been to. Cashier was rude didn’t even speak just staring blankly at me waiting to order. Didn’t give me a receipt just walked off. Kitchen staff looks high and lost. Don’t recommend at all. Horrible customer service. Also didn’t give me my drinks I had to ask for that.

Their food is always good but their service, not so good. We ordered some hash browns a d the container was literally half full. We asked if they could fill up the container then they told us to order another order if we want a full container. Huh? Craziness. They acted like we were crazy for complaining.
