The overall experience at this pizza hut was good. The service was good and the food was delicious. The reason for 4 stars is the fact that nothing here was class leading or above the rest. Everything was just all around good. No complaints.

Normally I enjoy the pizzas we get here. We have had major problems from this store but keep giving them chances. We get the same 2 pizzas every time and spend around $50 each time. We know exactly what our order tastes like. This time my pizza was different. I called to tell them about it. Not to get anything for free. Just to let them know. Tori answered, i told her they forgot to put the buffalo sauce on my pizza. She was very rude and told me i didn’t know what I was talking about. I tried to be nice but she got more rude and aggressive. I tried to contact corporate. No phone number listed. Tried to complain online. Kept getting error messages saying there is no pizza hut in Boaz, Albertville, or Guntersville. Seriously disappointed. Seriously considering boycotting at this point. Seriously doubt they will get any more business from us.

LOVE Pizza Hut food but we were EXTREMELY disappointed tonight! We ordered online at 5pm, pick up time was said to be 5:15pm. We arrived to pick up at 5:45 only HALF our order was complete! We had to wait for our pan of pasta, then we had to wait again for the bread sticks that come with the pasta! When we tried to explain to the man working what was going on he looked at the receipt so long and hard we thought he fell asleep with his eyes open. He still did not grasp what the issue was but eventually filled the pasta and then the bread sticks. So we were finally able to pick up our CORRECT & FULL order after sitting there for 45 min! VERY disappointing trip ! Very unmerry birthday 🙁

Same old, dry food and bc we came during lunch hour for the buffet, they stopped bringing out fresh food half an hour before the buffet ended. We were still hungry. Service was ok. Very dull and quiet.
