I took the boys on a Thursday evening, and it was nice. It was not packed, which I liked. We were able to play whatever they wanted without waiting or any outside commotion. We didn’t get food, just a soda, but everything did look fresh, and areas were clean . The manager or PIC was present and active, and that’s always good to see.

I went here after a convention and it’s a pretty cool location! The pizza is delicious, there’s some good and unique games, and the animatronic stage is in excellent condition! What could be fixed is maybe keep the place a bit cleaner. There was some dirty tables here and there but it wasn’t as bad as other locations I’ve seen. I rate it a 8.5/10.

So let me start with the fact this location is hard to find it’s hidden between two shopping centers and it’s easily missed. The game selection is dated there is not many newer games. I have noticed that with other locations as well that I have visited. I can understand there struggles with it being a kid friendly environment and a small space but it would be wise to update the game selection to keep kids entertained especially with the competition like Dave and busters and the new Round one. The one plus side to the games is its pay by the time or credits. So you can play as many games as you like for the time slot of your choice and its for a fair price. The food is what you would expect from a fast food chain some items are good like the fried items but some of the others need work. They offer a full buffet style salad bar and free refills on drinks.

What a fantastic group of team members we encountered! On 3/31/2023 we attended a fundraising event at this location and every employee was cheerful, friendly, and working hard! It is the same experience it has been for years. The games get old, but it nice playing timed rather than by credit. The food is overpriced, but my boy loves it, so I guess that’s a win. You either like Chuck E Cheese or not, but it’s a well maintained classic.

Everything was good, but there was construction. And also the floors are messed up the machines were broken and stole some of my money I had to get the workers in the manager every few seconds cuz of the games or they weren’t at the desk or they were talking and weren’t paying attention and they were children on supervised and when we told management they said they couldn’t do anything unless the parents left the premises and yet they weren’t in Chuck E cheese

We celebrated my daughter’s 5th birthday here. The facility was clean, staff was pleasant, arrangements were made easily online, pizza was surprisingly good!! My only suggestion would be for Charlie’s Esquire himself…just needed a bit more energy and friendliness from him
