So this place is a joke! The drive through girl was very rude and unknowledgeable to begin with! Then my husband ordered a bowl in which after he was informed there was no corn for it . The very worst part of all is I got charged $16 for 6 chicken strips that look and tasted like old rubber door stops!

The chicken had an off taste like it was old or had been sitting. I was really looking forward to trying KFC again and hoped for a good meal. The best part of it was the mash and gravy and the free soda. The chicken, chicken strips, Cole slaw, and supposed fresh biscuits were not very good at all. Won’t be eating KFC ever again.

They messed up my whole order ordered mac & cheese and I got coleslaw. Mashed potatoes no gravy !Then I got overcharged eight dollars my order should’ve only been $23 and instead it was $31. I’ve been trying to call them for hours and nobody picks up the phone to try to get a refund I guess I’ll just take that one as a loss.

We have some real geniuses working in there today boys.. I ordered a five piece chicken strips but I didn’t want the meals so I said just the strips not the meal. we can’t just sell 5 strips. I asked why , she said that they just can’t do that and they only had three more strips left anyway after the 5 I already ordered…I said how do you sell strips? she replies 3pc 6pc 10pc . so I said okay I’ll take 6pc . THEN they were cold and dry but didn’t have anymore to replace them…?!?;!!

Place was ok. Took them a while to get us our order, but the staff looked to be hustling and were apologetic about the wait. Food was ok, not fantastic. Pretty middle of the road all the way around, but the inside was pretty rough. Not somewhere I’d want to eat inside.

Bought $40 worth of food. They messed it all up. Forgot the drinks. Forgot the mashed potatoes and gravy x2 and when we bit into the chicken tenders it was rubbery like it was raw. Never again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never had any fast food item that was this stale. The chicken on the famous bowl is literally inedible. It looks and tastes like it’s been sitting for 2 days. Hard as a rock. Takes like bitter cardboard. Whyyyy would you serve this?!
