While traveling to Dallas, I decided to stop at this location to get a bite to eat. There’s no worse feeling as a consumer than feeling ripped off. I ordered regular onion rings and this is what I got. 2 pieces + 3 very small pieces. Somehow they think this is ok. I would have thought about complaining while I was there, but (1) I didn’t notice until I left and (2) I wanted to get back home since it was getting late. Their $7 hamburger was ok… but considering it was $7, I think I can get more for my money elsewhere. Also, in their men’s bathroom, the paper towel dispenser was busted so they just had paper towels on the counter. Also, their automatic light switch turned off on me twice, while at the urinal and while washing my hands. You just get the impression they really don’t care about what impressions customer gets in their stores.

I’ve had many burgers here since they opened and every one has been very good. But honestly, it’s the fries and whatever’s in that seasoning that gets me. There’s often nobody at the counter when I go in, but it’s no more than a short moment before someone notices me. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been very kind. Perhaps my only complaint, which is not store-specific, is the price. It’s quality food, but feels perhaps $1-3 too much for a burger and fries. It costs as much or even more than similar meals at actual restaurants.

Small amount of food for the money. Chincy with the fries. No French fry sauce. The drink machine for self refills said it wasn’t working, but we saw some workers getting soft drinks from it. So we helped ourselves. The cups for the ketchup were awol with the napkins. The young girl with the glasses was rude to my daughter. I’m not going to mention the restrooms. Sincerely.

We liked it, except for the price For 2 people it cost $25.00!?!? I understand inflation, but I got the 3 chicken tenders combo and it cost $10. Ridiculous if you ask me! Not all of us are rich. Its a fast food restaurant for Pete’s sake. Oh well. It all came out hot and fresh in a timely manner. Probably won’t be back due to cost, but it was an experience.

The meat was paper thin and I ordered a double. I didn’t care for the thousand island dressing. I’m a mustard person. The onion rings were very greasy. I didn’t care fore the shoe string frys. They were hard. This place wasn’t for me.
