First time and it was enjoyable. The menu was as straightforward. The shake shack burger was a little small but tasty. I ordered and devoured the cookies and cream shake. The dining room was big and very clean. The downside of this location is the no parking lot and lack of close street parking.

Shake Shack STL was delicious as usual. Double smokeshack pictured. Only 4 stars because food took longer than normal, about 30 minutes from counter order to food at our table. Order was perfect though and everyone liked their food.

3rd time going here & love it each time! Ambiance is laid back. They have burgers, chicken, shakes, crinkles fries; the basics. They usually have a “special” shake for certain months. Right now (Feb 2023) they have the Tiramisu shake & it comes with a crisp cookie in it!! It was so. dang. good!!

Great for fast food but just okay for dine in. I’d recommend getting it to go. They seemed understaffed so many of the tables were dirty and there didn’t seem to be a system for knowing what food went to which customer since they don’t give you table numbers. I got the veggie burger and the dairy free chocolate shake. The shake was very thin compared to the regular shake my boyfriend got but the flavor was good. The veggie burger was standard but fine, well cooked.

Ordered two mound city double burgers, two fries, and one dreamsicle shake. We waited in line for 10 min to order even though there weren’t more than 4 people in front of us. As you can see in the picture, we ordered the food at 6:59 pm and it was ready at 7:28 pm. For a fast casual place, it was really slow. The patties were extremely salty and kind of dry. Would I order the burger again, no- or maybe the standard burger. I would also skip the shake, not really anything special. Fries were crunchy and nice after adding some salt.

Double was $9 and single was $6 with no fries or drink. Burger was salty. Crinkle cut fries not my favorite. Shakes were very thick. The restaurant was clean but service took a while. Overall not bad but I had higher expectations. They do serve alcohol.
