When I first reviewed this Hardee’s I gave it a five star review. Now being an employee of this business for a little while my thoughts are completely changing. This Hardee’s is sick! Its to the point where a customer orders a kids meal I am generally scared to serve children this food! The lettuce tomato and other add on items are left out all day never changed. They serve items that have sat out for 3 shifts. The lettuce is slimy and warm and they don’t care they still will slap it on your burger. The food isn’t covered what so ever. The burgers and chicken set in a warmer for hours after being made because the broiler is always down and broke so they make a bunch of Patty’s on the grill all at once and hold them for hours. There for nothing is fresh except the buns.. well half the time the buns are stale to because they aren’t ever closed up. The chicken station is a complete mess and the breading isn’t sifted through out the day so there’s old chicken in the breading which could literally make someone sick. Also the egg wash is never changed through out the day. They make new labels just in case the health department comes in but they do not change anything. They don’t ever change the sanitizer buckets they clean with the same rags and sanitizer all day which causes cross contamination. I’ve never seen an employee wash their hands they just change gloves. Last night I walked out and quit because they want to call me a night shift manager but allow all of these things to go on and I refuse to be responsible for a customer getting sick over bad food or cross contamination. I am truly terrified a child or an elderly person is going to become very sick after eating here. I understand the GM can’t be everywhere at once but it comes with training. There are a lot of teens working their first jobs here and are just improperly trained. Management needs to train new employees instead they have teenagers training New employees and most of the teens weren’t trained correctly so it’s getting worse by the day. Honestly this place has so much potential, and the GM as well as the assistant manager are both very smart individuals and both have great intentions but I don’t think they are grasping the problem here it all comes down to training as I said most employees here are teens and this is their first job they need guidance and someone to tell them why cleaning and replacing/changing out old items is so important. I seriously hope the GM can get this place together before someone gets sick but it takes a team not just a GM. Good Luck Hardee’s!

It was great food, but clearly under staffed when you have to wait about 10 minutes before getting your food. Not to mention, the pictures outside the building are so old that the picture of the biscuits looks like someone welding something. The only reason I knew it was a biscuit was because it said that in the printed words. Update needs done and definitely more staff members. Also, why did you guys discontinue the onion rings?!

I only give three stars to chain restaurants unless they do something outstanding. The teenager was friendly as he took the order. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use a Carl’s Jr. coupon at Hardee’s (sad face). The burgers are standard they were out of fries but we’re nice enough to swap it for curly fries. Bathrooms are clean

It was going to be $40 for 3 meals that was supposed to be 815 each. Then we wanted a refund and the girl said oh well like we just had to deal with it. Ask for the manager the manager didn’t know how to put the reimbursement on the card so she gave me cash back. They were real rude never go there again.

I go here most days for lunch before work. The Frisco Burger and hand breaded chicken sandwich are my favorites. Always tastes great and I can always tell the food is fresh. I always get my fries fresh and hot. I suggest this over the other places around any day.

Western Burger was great, the young girl at the drive through window was fairly pleasant (for 9PM), but it took awhile to get my change for a $20 (not a real big surprise in the plastic economy) and, for being the only customer. the wait for only one burger seemed excessive.

Of my experience on my Tuesday night visit, after getting gas late night and stopping for a missed meal, thinking they closed at 11 PM like a lot of the surrounding restaurants, I ordered at 9:55 PM and as I got to the window, the cashier said, “you just made it…”, stating they closed in 5 minutes. I proceeded to pay for my order and after receiving it I was pleasantly surprised that my fries were hot as freshly prepared, I’m not used to that at the other Dayton stores, kudos to that!

My husband and I picked up Hardee’s for lunch today. We ordered the hot ham and cheese sandwich, chicken tenders, fries and two apple pies. The drive-through experience was great – not too long of a wait time. The staff was friendly and professional. Onto the food… The ham sandwich was so good. Tasty and hot! One major flaw though – there were two spots of mold on the underside of the sandwich bread. I just cut them off.
