We went thur drive thur around 8:45 pm. There were 4 people behind the counter when I pulled up to the window. One of the employees was standing behind the counter vaping. When I mentioned it to the employee she shrugged it off and said I’ll tell my manager. I asked to speak to the manager. He was one of the guys standing there. When I asked him if it was normal for his employees to vap inside around the food they were serving he said they weren’t. He continued to say they weren’t as if I was lying. I told him to keep his food and that we wouldn’t be back. He said ok. He didn’t even bother to apologized! The same thing happened at McDonald’s a few months ago. They’re breaking a health violation and they’ve lost my business. How nasty!!!!

I understand this is a burger place, I don’t understand why the managers running this place thought it was okay to serve me soft mushy brown chicken nuggets. Including my chicken fries, basically anything chicken that they serve on their menu is extremely overcooked & left sitting , This happens often enough for me to make a complaint about it, I placed my order at 11:15 am not too long after breakfast change over, you would think my nuggets would be fresh but nope and the manager on duty didn’t step in to address my issue, didn’t offer an explanation or apology just said it’ll be 3 minutes on my chicken nuggets- anybody who works fast food understands that food sits in a warmer/crisper after it was cooked I did not ask for hot fresh nuggets that I have to wait to cool down before I can eat I asked for crispy nuggets and they just could not get that right today

Cold , untoasted buns on the burgers. Cold meat, fries were warm ( not hot ). Coke was out and very watery tasting. Restaurant was not busy (5 people inside). When I told them the ketchup dispenser was empty I was told I know. Ha, ha, ha. Windows and door Glass was filthy.. cashier was friendly ( the only plus for this meal ).
