Yes i have a problem. Every time i come to taco bell i ask for sauce and receive around 15 of each that i ask for. I would like the general managers to stop this. As i would like prices to go down. I do not need anywhere near this much sauce. I couldn’t keep it at home if i wanted to its just too much. So i am politely asking you to notify employees to not do a entire handful unless requested. Went through the drive-through with only three cars in front of me. Took over 20 minutes for me to get my food. Only to find out that they completely messed up my order. They gave me somebody else’s vegetarian burrito and just grilled the cheese on top of it. So some poor vegetarian got my chicken grilled cheese burrito, and I got whatever they ordered. Every time I go here and takes a month of Sundays just to get through the line. From now on I’ll drive to the other Taco Bell in town even if it takes me an extra 20 minutes, I’ll probably still get where I’m going faster.

The food was cold. Cheese wasn’t even melted. Even after a long wait. You’d think after waiting 20 plus minutes in drive through You’d get fresh food. The other TB in town is better all around.

I wish I could give negative stars. They got my order entirely wrong and I will spend the next 2 days getting the foul taste of Grease out of my mouth. Food was completely inedible and dripping with Grease. I was giving them a second chance as I ate here a while back and it was terrible then too.

Left the hospital at 1am on a Sunday morning and needed to grab a guick bite to eat. Taco Bell advertises they are open until 2 am at the drive through. When we pulled in the lights were off and they were closed. It was 1:20am. Thankfully Burger King next door was open AS ADVERTISED, extremely disappointed in Taco Bell!

Somehow I’ve not only always gotten sour cream on my items after clearly requesting none, I’ve even gotten it on some items that don’t normally even have it, like how do you manage that? When it’s right tho, it’s fine. The one across town is no better.

The restaurant was filthy. The seating area floor was sticky. Dried food around the contactless display 4ordering. Bathrooms were appalling smelling of old urine. A possible solution would be to hire more staff to clean. The food prep area looked spectacular in the lobby, which is where the problem is.
