Very nice experience. I had the Eggs Benedict. They were good. They did bring me the wrong order and I had to wait a bit for the correction but the server was great, she caught it before I even said anything. I think my taster was off because I didn’t love it as much as usual but was still good. I’m going back to try again. My son loved his eggs and biscuits and gravy.

This is not the greasy spoon you wish it was. In fact, one of the best things about a greasy spoon is the flavor – this place lacks flavor across the board. I don’t understand how it’s a 4.5 (currently).

This place hits the spot for Brunch. Came on a Saturday morning. While they were busy the service was still exceptional and the food was amazing. Chicken fried steak with perfect over easy eggs and the Trucker Skillet minus the mushrooms. Loved their hot sauce so much I had to buy a bottle! We ate there again… I added photos from that meal. So delicious. We are hooked.

My wife and I were planning a kid-free morning and we were looking for a cafe to tryout in town. We’ve lived in McKinney for over 6 years and have several places we like, but somehow, we never knew of this place. We tried it out and we absolutely loved it! The service was great as our waitress was one of the owners. Ariana was very kind and took great care of us. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The food was fantastic and the portions are plenty. My favorite part of the meal was their homemade hot sauce. If you love a hot sauce with a nice kick and smokey flavor, then I highly recommend it. You can also take a bottle home for $5!

Excellent food, very busy. I had the corn beef hash skillet, and my father has biscuits and gravey with mixed berries.

Today we had breakfast at Hydeout Café for the first time. The restaurant was full and there were people outside waiting their turn to eat. But we wait for our table less than 15’. When we sat down, a waitress attended us immediately, the food was warm and as we ordered it. This is a place where people come and go constantly, however, it is a pleasant place. The restaurant looks clean, organized. The prices ok. The waitresses seemed a little stressed among themselves but with the costumers the staff seemed friendly. We will be back.

Had the opportunity to actually sit down and eat while on shift (Flight Paramedic). This place had quick and amazing service, the food was absolutely delicious, and the owner (Arie?) was very personable. When we checked out we got to talking with him about our profession as well as his ownership of the restaurant. The owner (who’s from Albania) insisted we come sit back down and have an espresso on the house as it’s Albanian tradition to do so after a meal. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back again!!

Great brunch place in McKinney. We all tried the breakfast. We had both the hash & trucker skillets. The truckers’ skillet was amazing, the hash one was good but very savory. The cinnamon French toast was delicious. The buttermilk pancakes were very good and had a good hint of vanilla with them. Biscuits may had just a tad to much butter, but they were good. Overall I would highly recommend. Forgot to get a picture until the end because how good everything was.

A clean restaurant is a welcoming place. That’s our first impressions of Hydeout.
