I wish I could give a good review, however the manager was rude, and more concerned about signing up people on the app, while the line of customers waited for almost 30 minutes to order. Then when we get up to order we are told it will be a 12 – 17 minute wait for noodles…..and she rudely remarked that we could order something else if we didn’t want to wait. So we left, and now we are enjoying a meal at Sonic for a third of the cost that I would have spent at Panda. Another customer left as well.

This restaurant is hit and miss, tonight it was a huge miss. First the employees ignored us for at least 5 minutes, second most of the food was out (they were burning up more, pretty sure beef and broccoli isn’t black and crunchy). When we finally received our food (20 minutes later) it tasted burnt. Just a bad experience overall.

I’m usually a big fan of Panda Express. I think for the money they’re hard to beat. I don’t care what kind of restaurant you’re talking and about. This is the first time I went to this one and they didn’t have the rice ready till almost 45 minutes after they were open. The portions were very small. The food was mediocre, and the service was horrible… I know that’s not normal for Panda Express but I definitely won’t go to this one again!!!

Fast service and fresh food. The one I went to in Idaho has a drive through. I never seen one before. All the one’s I have been to in Southern California don’t have drive through.

This was a horrible experience from the panda I go to the most, if not on a regular basis. I got halfway through my food and bit down on a piece of chicken, I realized the texture was not what it should’ve been and it felt extremely cold. It was raw. Im not quite sure how you didn’t catch this coming out of your kitchen but I believe you should start temperature checking your food before it goes out. People can get extremely sick from stuff like this.

Clean and cozy restaurant. Fast and efficient service. Fresh and tasty food. Blake, the manager, was a very attentive person.

Don’t come to this location. You’ll either wait 30 minutes in drive thru to place your order or they simply won’t have items that you want ready, but they’ll be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. Seems like this crew is more concerned about getting off work than taking care of their customers.

Friday September 16th @11:45 am “lunch” this store wasn’t ready. Didn’t have fried rice ready, no orange chicken or teriyaki chicken ready, I mean why even be open for business. Tried this place again Wednesday September 28th and they had food this time I ordered the noodle bowl with broccoli beef and the broccoli wasn’t cooked and cold. The lady who took are order was pretty rude but the young lady who took our money was very nice. I love panda express so I’ll be back to try again but this store needs help.

Not very much for two entrees and a side. Next time I’ll just order off the kids menu…

Typical Panda Express. Food good and freshly cooked. First table we sat at rocked enough that we switched tables. The server was great, but while we sat, we listened to running commentary of other workers’ goofs, which did not impress us.
