Food was average, the noodles were undercooked for the Ramen and rather bland, even with the chili oil. The appetizers were good, but the sushi was only okay. I don’t think it was worth $85 for everything, but we did get quite a bit as well. Service and atmosphere was good, but I probably won’t be back.

I enjoyed this new establishment. The steamed dumblings were absolutely delicious they added a very delicate sear to the dumplings without compromising the “steam cooked”. The ramen had a very comfortable broth not to bold or to mild. Room for addins if you liked it a little more sweet or spicy. The ramen noodles themselves had a slight Al Dente cook to them which I personally prefer so it didn’t end with soggy noodles being pushed aside. This made taking the rest to go doable. Its worth the trip and giving them a try.

First try today, place was very clean and nice. Ordered bowl of the Char Sui ramen, which I was a bit confused about as usually ramen is Chashu. But the pork I find out is Chashu but seasoned as Char Sui( Chinese bbq pork) flavor was ehh, whatever they use to flame the meat before plating, you can kinda taste an odd unburnt gas note to the meat but then you do taste the signature Char Sui flavor. The pork Chashu was not tender enough, it was chewy and tough, it ‘should’ almost melt in your mouth. The soft boiled seasoned egg was perfect, most ramen places can’t get this right, but they do! Noodles where perfect to me. I had great service and will definitely be back to try there other ramen.

My wife and I came in for dinner after passing by a few times. The meal was spot on for ramen. I had the pork belly (pictured) and my wife had the Ipin ramen. Soup tasted good. The Sushi was excellent. I ordered a simple spicy salmon roll. I would come back again.

Came thirty minutes before close, that was probably our first mistake. Server was very short and came off like he couldn’t wait to leave. Was forgetful with our requests and rushed us to sign our receipt so he could leave. The other staff were kind and full of smiles. Sushi tasted like buffet style. Ramen was undercooked. Again, mostly our fault for coming in at the end of the night. But I most likely wouldn’t return.

The food quality is always consistent. They have a very good variety. It is an open seating area so it doesn’t ever feel crowded.

Staff is friendly and really seem to take pride in good service. This is the perfect place for a nice lunch date. We did not try the sushi, but the menu was pretty and look forward to that next time. The ramen was tasty and the portions are huge! The decor is pretty. Main St has a lot of good options for good dining but Ippin holds its own with its great menu and reasonable prices.

We were just previously at the farmers market down the street with our dog, so we called ahead to see if we could bring our dog if we sat outside. The lady said it wouldn’t be a problem (YAY)! We got there and was immediately seated, she opened the umbrella, because it was dark n gloomy! Thank goodness for that, because it started to pour. We didn’t get wet tho!

The best ramen I’ve had in Oklahoma! I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. The restaurant was filling up quickly (it was almost 6:00 pm) but we managed to snag a table. Very clean and bright setting. All the food we had was truly amazing. I started with the Char Siu Bun, the bao was so soft and sweet. The char siu fell apart nicely with great flavors. The ippin ramen had a rich tonkotsu broth and the pork belly was very delicious. Also the beef donburi was to die for! All the juices from the beef permeated the rice below making every bite packed with flavor. I will definitely be coming back again!

This place and service was great. We sampled a few things ( pork bun, jalapeno crab, sweed salad) all were very good. Wife had Ramen and I had sushi delux. Wow so fresh and soooo clean. Dessert was fire too. We’ll be back no doubt. Oh yes the Japanese soda was the freshness. Yep Grape for me! Had me like the Kool Aide man, “OH YEEEAAHHHHH”.
