Stachey’s serves Italian style pizza and calzones using hand made dough and sauce. The salads, submarines and dinners are fantastic and oversized portions. been ordering here for about a year and food is usually really good besides a couple times when the steak was a little fatty. great pizza and the steak is, in my opinion, one of the best locally when it isn’t fat. every time i call, the person who answers the phone is incredibly rude, can’t even say thank you or a proper greeting. it’s gotten to the point where i have immense anxiety about calling and talking to her (which it’s always her!!!). i’ve seen a couple other people complain about this issue and just wish it could be sorted because everything besides that is perfect!

I can’t say anything about the food here, it is always good, but the way they answer the phone is so frustrating. My family owns a pizzeria and I would never let our counter girls answer the phone the way they do. The lunch shift girl is so quick to rush you off the phone, I understand efficiency but customer service is also important. You can barely get a word in before being prompted for the next piece of information. If she stopped to listen to what we want, the order would always be correct. I do like ordering from here, but dread calling my order in.

This pizza was fantastic! I ordered 3/31 and whoever was cooking pizzas that night was really chefing up. I had to eat a piece on the drive home because it looked and smelled just like I remember Stacheys being, Delicious!

They are not caught up on reality. Most people want to order online which they do not have. Do not order the steak tip salad. It was like chewing teriyaki gum and to sweet for a Caesar salad. So disappointed

I loved this place because i thought the food was delicious but there was on problem one day i ordered a pizza and the pizza came but all the cheese shifted off the pizza so my mother called for a replacement and me and my friends ate some of it(not too much) and my mother didnt know we ate some of it so when the replacement came they refused and we were okay with that until they wrote it as if we were trying to get a free pizza or “scam” them when that was not the case (we didnt eat a lot of it) so now they wont deliver to us we talked to a manager and they still wont deliver to us so its very unfair for me as the customer to not have the right to be delivered pizza very horrible service. I paid and asked for extra cheese on the steak and cheese sub. This has happened a few times before with this Salem NH location. Very disappointing as they were rude on the phone when I inquired about the issue. 1/26/2022. Our 3 pizzas looked like they saw a ghost (undercooked) Onion rings were over cooked. They were very skimpy on the chicken finger pizza. I’m not ordering again from you. This isn’t the first, but last time this happened. We’re very disappointed! So is this a chicken finger or nugget lol

I’ve been ordering here on weekends for a few years now. My two favorites are pepper and onion pizza and chicken finger BLT sub with provolone. The subs are always LOADED and the pizza is excellent with the sweet sauce. Staff has also never been rude to me as some claim. There has been a few times where pizza is over cooked, but not inedible. 97 percent of the time it’s perfect and I just attributed the few over cooks to being wicked busy. All in all I love this place.
