This place was so much more than we expected. From the food, customer service, to the cleanliness is outstanding. My children and I dined inside and were offered a free sundae. We will definitely be returning often. The food is better than any other steak burger restaurant I have ever had. The frozen custard reminded me of a little ice cream shop back up north in Atlantic City. Amazing

Really enjoyed our visit to the new Freddy’s here in town. The whole family enjoyed the meal, which is saying something since at least one of our family members is allergic to beef and this is a burger place. All the little kids enjoyed the kids meals and our four year old REALLY liked the way Freddy’s does their hot dogs. Everyone agreed the fries are excellent. The only reason I gave four stars versus five is because the atmosphere was really loud. Not people loud, but machinery loud. There was some piece of equipment in the back that kept oscillating on and off every five minutes and hurt your ears. It was noticeable to all the patrons. I suspect whatever it is will be fixed eventually though!

I was also worried about the bad reviews, but I’m glad we went anyway. It was very busy when we got here, but the food came out in less than 5 minutes. It is definitely comparable to Steak & Shake in terms of food style. Sure, the prices are higher, but the portions are larger and the service is faster. The concrete mixer passed the flip test, too. Everything tasted great, I regret not getting my own cheese curds, and definitely ask for fry sauce – it’s good on all the sides.

I have been going to steak and shake for a very long time and Freddy’s blew them out of the water!! I will definitely be going to Freddy’s instead of steak and shake from here on out! Me and my whole family loved every bite of our meals and there prices aren’t that bad either especially for the quality of food and service you receive!! 10-10 would definitely recommend u try it!!!

We’ve probably eaten here a couple dozen times, now, and while their food is ok, they continually get our orders wrong! Tonight we ordered two burgers…one with everything but cheese and one with everything but mustard….we got two plain burgers.

Went through the drive thru and was super impressed with the customer service. Made sure the items we got were the correct topping and all. to saying yes ma’am at the window and to taking my beverage from before and offering to throw it away! Service was speedy and food was amazing ! Fries are the bomb .com too! Shoutout to mark and Donovan for the great customer service !!
