I love this nutrition club and the whole team here! They have the best shakes and energizing teas. If you have any wellness goals you are trying to reach, everyone here will help you with that. Have y’all seen people posting the delicious shakes and teas from Sachse Nutrition?!?! Well, we had seen them and we HAD to try them for ourselves!!! And they are just as yummy as they look!! The shakes and teas can replace a meal or just take the place of a quick snack! They are offered in different sizes and can be purchased together as a combo, or by themselves as well! From a nutrition standpoint they work best together! The shakes give you all of your dietary needs and the teas give you energy and help you process the calories from the shakes….yes please!!!

Really good place for shakes! I got the red velvet shake and was really surprised by how good it is, can’t believe it was only 250 calories! I would love to see more food items, but I will definitely be back next time I’m craving a shake!

Got a cherry limeade tea and a German chocolate oatmeal smoothie! It was my first time in, and when I said that I was actually seeking to GAIN weight (I so smol) Justin I believe helped describe the menu and give helpful suggestions on what to look for! Absolutely want to go back again!

WOW!! This place is the Bomb Diggity!! CAN’T go a day without these products. I can totally tell when I miss my tea and shake, I have NO energy and I want to eat a bunch of Junk. Plus everything so sooo YUMMY, and the bonus part is the people here are pretty Awesome as well!!
