Ordered for quick pickup. Scheduled for 5:00. Got there and said needed 20 minutes for extra crispy. Told them I’d come back. Went back at 5:20, said need 7 more minutes. Decided to wait in store. Girl came over, apologized, and said needed 15 more minutes. Ended up taking original recipe. Even though I had a long wait, they were very friendly about it. They did give me an extra piece.

Was only customer in line. Ordered a number 8 and 12 piece nuggets combo, one original chicken breast, and a mash potato bowl. Get to the window and pay. Girl hands me my two drinks and I shake the first drink and the girl says “0h, we have no ice.” Really the restaurant just recently was remodeled and your ice machine is down. Then to top it off they did not give me all the food I ordered; and acted like I was trying to steal food that I paid for and had a receipt and the bag of food to prove what they forgot. Called and tried to talk to the manager. Exact words, “I don’t know what to say.”

Everytime I go it is always backed up with cars and busy. They need more workers and one time when I went it was 1 girl and 1 cook working. The chicken wings seem undercooked sometimes and the taste is questionable. The popcorn chicken is good though!

Went to the drive through for a 16 piece chicken tenders for dinner I was very disappointed $33.99 for 16 tenders and they were no bigger than 4 inches long. A few of them looked like nuggets and it was literally all breading. I feel like I was robbed. Never again, they have lost my business.

Food was good but the drive thru worker was just nasty to us. When we got to the window to pay she hands out our drinks and one of them are wrong so politely we bring it to her attention and she like goes off saying I know I heard you and this is what you ordered so my fiancé was thrown back a little so I spoke up and told her that she was wrong we know what we order because its always the same so she gets smart once again and finally does her part to make it right. Here’s a tip to the employees… when someone says they don’t want pickles on their chicken sandwich, they DONT want pickles on their chicken sandwich. It’s literally LESS WORK YOU HAVE TO DO! But even though I specifically ask for no pickles, you go out of your way to put them on there. You can’t do your jobs right and want 15 dollars an hour…. but not listen to a simple request of your paying customer. Sad, lousy service.
