We were the only group dining in. After we ordered we were told 20 minutes which seems like a long time for wings and fries. We waited 40 minutes for our food. Not one time did anyone come up to us and offer an explanation or apology. Average chicken, soggy fries, 40 minute wait?? Never again.

BIGOTS. Had a missing drink with my order, When they discovered the order was for my husband and not my wife they hung up the phone on me. The two black girls that work there. One of them claimed to be a manager. when I finally got a hold of a gentleman he took my phone call finally. There was absolutely no disrespect until they hung up the phone I was simply calling about how to get the drink replaced. Unbelievable but that’s America for you

My husband and I ordered last week through their website. After more than an hour wait. I was called that my order had been cancelled because there system has been messing up. Find I understand, I called an asked how would I go about to get my refund. I was told by the worker that my account should automatically be refunded because it was an error on their part. I never received my food. My account was charged $40. I waited a few days and no changes. Email head quarters. No response and I called the store. They don’t know anything. So I kind of taking for a ride and out of $40. I guess this is how they run their business.
