This is sad. Have to order through the kiosk. $1.50 for sauerkraut. Hot dogs weren’t that good and fries were cold. Not worth the $16. Take some pride in what you do!!!

Had THE worst crispy chicken sandwich and onion rings of my entire life. And I’m not young. I don’t know if the fryer was too hot, the food left in too long, or what, but the batter on both the chicken and onion rings were tough like chewing a hard rubber ball. My jaw muscles were sore afterwards. And there was little else but batter; thin chicken breast and undetectable onion. I didn’t even finish the “onion rings” which is a first for me. Do NOT eat here.

The Void
So, I just happened to stop by for a quick restroom stop at the Maryland House rest area. The initial goal: Relief myself and get back towards my original destination. However, upon walking in, I smelt the awesome aroma of the food being made, and after checking my wallet and making my pit stop , I decided to see what I wanted. Well, there’s plenty of options here, but seeing Nathan’s and looking at the menu, I decided to go for you guys. If I could go home and buy me a pack of your branded hot dogs and make them home, I had no reason to get them here. So I looked passed them and saw things on the menu I never thought you’d carry: fries in particular. I decided to go for it. Well, that’s where the intriguing experience ends. The working employees on the shift, 4 at that I could see, were all congregated in the front, waiting for business I assume. However, seeing me observe the menu, they figured I was still making my mind up. No friendly greeting, but no fuss about that. Anyway, one of them started motioning at me, but in no way as communication, but as if they were mocking me. After I noticed and made eye contact, then I was met with a “Do you know what you want yet”, in which I replied, Yep. The rest of the order dialogue went smoothly, and I got my food relatively fast. I said thank you, and walked out to my vehicle with haste, as I was hungry and looking forward to a good snack. Well, if you see the fries in the picture, not exactly sure if they look crisp or appetizing to whoever might read this, but I took a bite and noticed how unusually soft they were. I was certainly looking forward to nice crispy fries. But at the fry on top, it tasted undercooked and a bit sweet, which surely threw my tastebuds into a ruckus. I just stopped at the fourth fry and discarded of all of them. Please, next time someone comes to this location, make sure you get your fries crispy, even if they are the ones that are topped. I’m sure I’ll have a better experience with Nathan’s elsewhere, but this is an eye opener review for you guys. Thanks for reading.

Worse place ever, the lady who serve the counter was unprofessional and has attitude. They don’t have half of their menu. The chicken was nasty and they don’t even warm it. The onions ring was oily and wet.

Stood in line at the register for 20 minutes to then be told they won’t take my order I have to use the kiosk. So I then stand in that line for 30 minutes!!!! I got my food and the Oder was a Cheese Dog “the bun was hard as hell and the dog barely warm.” Also an order of chicken tenders “cold and also hard as a rock” and last but not least the bacon ranch fries that were soggy as hell and barely enough to fill a small fry bag at McDonald’s. Those 3 things were $24 and I didn’t eat any of it but didn’t know how bad the food was till I was gone and driving already. Terrible TERRIBLE service!!!

I’m going to jump on this band wagon and say that this was not a great experience. Ordering at the kiosk doesn’t bother. And I know this is a roadaide stop, so the prices are going to be higher. I ordered 2 hotdogs, cheese fries, and a drink….$21. when I got my food, I was yelled at for asking for mustard. the Hotdogs we’re solid, but the fries tasted old and they were very undercooked. This is a never return for me.

This is the worst ever Nathan’s! I honestly think it’s a combination of bad management and terrible employees. I stood in line 15 minutes today and got to the register. No corn dog nuggets, no corn dogs, no French fries, no sauerkraut. What kind of place doesn’t order enough food?!!! The employees are more interested in their conversations than the customers and when they do come to the register, they don’t even make eye contact. They’re looking all around the dining room. Do yourself a favor and don’t go there. Seriously it’s the WORST fast food place consistently that I go to and I drive a truck so I eat out a lot. I ended up with nothing after all that waiting. The corporate office needs to do something about this!!!
