I went with my 3 kids and my brother. We dined in jus to get out of the house. We ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas, a 2 liter, and 2 20oz pops. We sat patiently talking amongst ourselves. When our order came there was only 1 pizza. The man apologized for his mistake and said he would make our other pizza right away. A near by associate offered to assist him. They soon brought our 2nd pizza. It was perfect! Hot and super cheesy. I did say stuffed crust. For our inconvenience we were only charged for 1 pizza. I’m glad we were understanding. It worked out in our favor.

My order took 1 hour and 45 min to arrive it was cold and the crust was no longer soft. They somehow forgot about it and had to call a dasher to come get it when I am in their delivery area!!!! UNACCEPTABLE I will never order from here again!!!!

Got two pizzas and cheese bread. One of the pizzas was made wrong. But we were hungry so we didn’t bother going back. The staff was friendly, the restaurant has an older ambiance which is nice.

I would estimate that about 80% of the time, this Pizza Hut does a good job (for a national chain, that is). But when they don’t, they really DON’T! Take tonight, for example. I ordered the “Dinner Box,” which consists of a rectangular pizza (about the equivalent of a medium round pizza) with a pan-style crust, breadsticks (with sauce), and cinnamon sticks (with icing). I ordered the pizza as half plain cheese… they put toppings on the whole pizza. The breadsticks were so tough that I could hardly chew them (I gave up after the first few bites. Finally, the butter/cinnamon/sugar mixture from the cinnamon sticks made a big mess, soaking through the box and running onto the regular breadsticks.
