Poorly run Chick fil a. Put in a curbside order. Waited over 25 mins, no one ever came out with our food. Went through drive thru, was asked to stop at the window. First girl looked like she was peaved over me asking her to go look for the food they never brought out. Another person finally found our food which was just setting on the counter the whole time and just handed it to us without a word. No apology, no thank you, nada. Food was cold by that point. This place has been poorly run from the start, and just keeps getting worse. I’ll make the extra drive to the South Loop Crossing from now on.

In comparison to other fast food places the drive thru moved very quickly. Most of the staff weren’t rude but not welcoming either. My sandwich was hot and delicious. My fruit bowl was fresh and sweet. Overall the service wasn’t superior but the food was superb.

This has got to be one of the worst locations ever!!! Placed a mobile order, I get to the drive thru and NO ONE is outside taking orders. I set in the drive thru for 20 minutes and when I was next in line to order at the intercom an employee comes out to take orders. She goes to the first lane and helps 7 cars that were behind me and now they all go in front of me. I finally get to the intercom and the girl taking the order actually says, “Yeah???” I told her I had a mobile order and my name, I sit for another 8 minutes before she asks me to pull forward. Finally I get to the front of the line and they have no idea I have a mobile order and ask me to pull up and wait?!? I spent a total of 34 minutes in line to have to wait again??? I got a refund and left and NO ONE CARED. THEY ACTUALLY LAUGHED! Now I understand why their rating is so low on Google!!!
