Came here with a group of friends for lunch and it was great. Good was amazing and the service was great. It was our first time, so the worker gave us the full run down of the menu and what he recommended. Size of the restaurant is decent. Would come again.

Small spot, easy to miss. Was told about it so tried it out with some coworkers. Got the Chicago Burger which was actually good as hell. The twist is that there is gyro meat added on top. Paired that was fries and some Chicago mild sauce that was bussin.

From time to time my company has me staying in Junction City and even though it’s not a big city night life available, everything has its hidden gems, and you just have to look hard enough. One of the places I have found was Thomas Taste of Chicago. Honestly, I have no real expectations of this place and was just desperately looking for something new to consume that didn’t suck. When I came across this restaurant in my search for food, I mostly saw images of burgers which I wasn’t quite in the taste for, but if a lot of people are talking about it, there must be something to it right? I did in fact order one of their most popular burgers called the Chicago Burger, which is made with ¼ pound meat patty, gyro meat, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and tzatziki sauce. I did not know adding gyro meat on a beef patty but was a thing, but it makes sense. This burger was absolutely delicious with everything that just melts in your mouth, who knew! I’ve only been to this restaurant once, but I will tell you now, next time I am in town, I will surely be back!

Very impressed with this place! My expectations were by far exceeded, hands down some of the best comfort food I’ve had in a long time. The staff/owners were super friendly, very helpful when choosing our meals, and quick in the kitchen. The atmosphere was really relaxing and inviting, and so were the prices! I highly recommend you try them for a quick bite with the fam or solo, you won’t be disappointed!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. The place is very clean and the people that work there are so nice and friendly they just make you feel right at home. Now on to the food. It’s AMAZING. I’ve never been to Chicago but if this is how their food tastes then I’m sure I would love my time there.
