The very sweet person at the drive thru window that takes the money named India payed for my food when I couldn’t find my wallet. I had to open my door because my windows don’t work right now, in the process of trying finding my wallet I dumped my entire purse on the ground and she so sweetly offered to pay for my meal. I still can’t find my wallet, which I’m sure is at home on my counter. But i truly appreciate her kindness.

only customer in line for an online order and waited at 2nd window for 10 to 15 minutes with no contact. I wanted to leave but was owed food or refund. When he finally came to window he said nothing and when I said I thought you forgot about me he said well their is only two of us. If you can’t staff your restaurant they you shouldn’t take peoples money. By how little he cared it doesn’t make me want to feed my kids your food prepared by a person that doesn’t even care to speak to someone like a human. Your food has become as expensive as some restaurants..This may be my last time.

This has to be one of the best McDonalds around. I’m usually just getting coffee at the drive through, or occasionally a hash brown or fries. Tonight, I was very tired and this was on the way home, my husband suggested a quick meal. The young man working the counter was very pleasant and efficient. The food was good ( it’s still McDonalds..so not super great..) but we were pleased with the service, the pleasant and clean environment and the price of the meal.

I would say there are a few ingredients one would think every cheeseburger should have. Even the least among Us would say that when a person orders a cheeseburger at mcdonald’s, they should expect an entire Patty of meat. Apparently, this is not the case for this particular McDonald’s where employees feel that sending out half a Patty is quite adequate. Perhaps I’m being too hard on them? Perhaps I should be more caring and considerate of their feelings? No, I think putting half a Patty on someone’s cheeseburger is completely unacceptable, if not borderline malicious. All this excitement over a $1 item? You’re right it isn’t about the dollar though. It’s about the work ethic in America or the lack thereof. If I were to perform my duties and my job the way the person who put this cheeseburger together does I would be fired immediately. I’m not even going to mention the fact that there was lettuce on it and correct me if I’m wrong but I don’t believe it was supposed to be there. Also it was supposed to have extra pickles and extra onions none of which existed. Don’t believe me? A picture says a thousand words.
