This post is not against this specific restaurant but about the new order website. It is absolute trash. I tried to log in and it forced me to change my password. None of my information was saved and when I tried to update it, all I got was an error message. I proceeded to check out as a guest so that I could get this pizza. Navigation is terrible and don’t forget to add something or you may as well delete everything and start over. Site reset my order on its own and I didn’t catch it, so my pizza was not what I wanted.

Always awesome. Can count on then to make a great pizza! Just ordered, foot long sub, 2 medium pizzas. Everything was very good. Toppings on the pizza were plentiful. My last experience with Marcos was bad (different store) this was excellent.

If I could leave 0 stars I really would. Horrible customer service the big guy at the register has a bad attitude. We went to use a coupon for $10 off, and they must’ve not liked that because they were condescending and talked to us like we were animals.

I give this place one star ONLY because I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that they charge you five dollars ($4.99) for delivery fee. Then of course you wanna tip the driver Which I think it’s what we should do BUT This five dollar fee is absolutely ridiculous I will not order from them again. SIDE NOTE: 5 star for pizza. I have to admit that the pizza is absolutely delicious!

Pizza was hot and smelled and looked delicious unfortunately they forgot to put any sauce on. Called them to ask if maybe they had pushed the light sauce or no sauce button by accident but was told it was made as normal and followed by is their anything thing else I can help you with? So I will choose to take my business elsewhere since customer satisfaction isn’t part of their way of doing business. It’s amazing how any business will give up a customer over such a small issue.

We went in to use a gift certificate cheesey bread for one free cheesey bread and they would not even serve us and refused to and said they would loose to much money if they honor the free cheesey bread gift certificate. Seriously I will never go to that store again. Extremely poor service. The girl who was with me said she use to honor them. Honestly she was a general manager of Marcos pizza in PA.
