Papa John’s food has always been excellent and always will be as far as I’m concerned, however, in the past few years they’ve started outsourcing their call ins to other countries. This isn’t always a bad thing, however in the case of a pizza joint it can make ordering extremely difficult and time consuming. The other day I had a lady tell me it would be 90 dollars for 2 pizzas and an order of bread sticks. I kept trying to explain that her math had to be off for 20 minutes, but she just kept repeating the order and giving me the prices (which only added up to 50 dollars about). After 15 minutes of that I had to call back and have someone else help. Even then, he said the food would take 2 HOURS TO BE READY!!! This isn’t his fault, but it’s the fault of Papa John’s as there wasn’t someone in the store to give a more accurate estimation. I just wish these places would go back to doing in house calls. The people in the store were very nice and the people on the phone can be nice too, but it’s just such an inefficient method of ordering that shouldn’t exist.

Delivered two 2 liters of Pepsi and some cheese sauce cups with marina sauce cups. I ordered $44.00 with of pizza, pasta, garlic knots and wings. They won’t answer the phone now and I have a receipt with someone else’s name. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Answer your phone.

Extremely long wait times to pickup orders. The guy with glasses and a beard… I think he is a manager is extremely rude. He yelled at me and told me to leave and never come back. All because I was frustrated due to the extremely long wait time.. I will also get into contact with the cooperate office and let them know exactly how this individual represents their company. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere. They don’t appreciate the business they are given!

The employees (or at least one) treat DoorDash workers like trash. One DoorDash worker came in for her order, nobody working would acknowledge her, so she took barely two steps past the counter just to see if her customer’s food was ready on the rack right next to it. A tall male employee with no visible name tag then flipped out yelling at her, saying that she was now banned from his store and refused to give anything to her, telling her she had to cancel the whole order that she was being paid to pick up as part of her job, and never come back: all just because she peeked past the counter to check! Even during his fit, she was calm, kind and tried to sincerely apologize, but he refused to hear it and never let her have the food. I was too startled by his outburst and actions to speak in the moment, but I wish I had. That’s ridiculous! Even if it annoyed him or caught him off guard, there’s no excuse for that kind of treatment over such a tiny thing that plenty of people have probably done before. I ended up just waiting in anxious silence until a different worker asked for my name, because I didn’t know what that guy would do if I even came near the counter to ask about my own food that I was there to get… y’know, like customers do. Tried calling store about an urgent payment issue and couldnt get through to anyone. Sat on hold for over 30 minutes after calling repeatedly. Couldnt even cancel the order so the driver had to make the trip for no reason. We ordered an hour and a half before close so there is no way they were too busy to pick up the phone. 7/25

Ordered Meat lovers pizza for our factory tonight and was given supreme….now we got 8 people that will go hungry tonight because of this stores ignorance and inability to read a simple order. Thanks for nothing I guess. Next time I’ll be sure to order from anyone else that way I might actually get what I paid for and ordered. I’m absolutely confused as to why cost increased but the level of work and service has drastically decreased. All you’re showing everyone is why you don’t deserve anything more than minimum wage when you routinely fail to get a simple order correct. Everyone handling this order tonight needs a disciplinary action. Maybe consider replacing the lethargic staff with robots that way hopefully someday the job will be done correctly.
