The serive was good, friendly staff and great atmosphere. The food however was beyond terrible, if you want to eat, get a doughnut or muffin. The rest of the food is beyond horrible. The chicken brisket I got was rubbery and smelled and tasted like microwave Tyson chicken patty.

Staff was not welcoming. Ordered a latte and no one asked hot or cold. They tried to give me a cold and I let them know I wanted it hot. She rolled her eyes and brought me a hot drink. My sister was in the car behind me and same experience. The difference is when she tried to say she was given the wrong item the staff member turned around and walked away from the window and didn’t come back. My mom also got a stale donut at 8:30 am. Go down the street to a different location.

This place was atrocious. They didn’t have any bagels out so when I asked if they had any, I got shot a look like I was an idiot. The cashier was so unfriendly and acted as if us being there was ruining her day. She asked if I wanted a flavor shot in my coffee and stared at me as if I am supposed to know what they had, so I asked for amaretto and again, like I was an idiot. The sandwiches we had were pre made, sausage off the bagel, no napkins, no salt and pepper, no ketchup. Two donuts were thrown in a bag without using tissue paper.. again no napkins. Apparently this location couldn’t care less about what people think or they would have stepped up their game. I’d be ashamed to own this location.

Had a horrible experience here. Ordered hash browns and was treated to a piece of bacon on them. Also with so many workers standing around, they just wait for one person to assist customers. There was practically no one there but had to wait a long amount of time. Missed the efficiency of Chicago Dunkins.

We were very disappointed with the all around service we received from the Pigeon Forge location. My coffee tasted like water w/ a hint of coffee & cream calibration was off so I had mentioned it to the employee & he brought me another drink that was even worse!!! We ordered 2 sandwiches of the same & received 1 good & one totally different sandwich than what was ordered. I tried reaching out to this location but vm only. I give this location a 0 if I could…the customer service here was super disrespectful. As we left they were chanting

I’d give this place a ZERO!!! Terrible staff, rude, unwelcoming! We literally waited 45 minutes in the drive through line. Ordered our food ahead of time using the app, once we got to the window, they said my food wasn’t ready. So waited another 15 minutes. Basically wasted 1 hour of my Saturday morning at DD. RIDICULOUS

Got there at the top of the morning and the only customer. I got 2 coffees inside because when I was at the drive thru and asked for a caremel latte I hear UGH loud enough to ask”is that okay?” Then I went inside and I decided a coffee will be fine until it was drowned with sugar and caremel I barely was able to drink it. Seems to be a crashing biz because it’s much different service in Charleston SC DD.

Pretty good but the iced coffee was not made 100% right. It had a ton of chocolate in the bottom and clumps of sugar. It Should have been mixed more. The food was ok, some of it was a little burnt. And we ordered a sandwich and got one tiny piece of bacon. It was basically just eggs and cheese. Oh and this was late morning and they were already out of way over half the donuts, like they only had 2 kinds and they said they weren’t making anymore.

So I asked the cashier politely if she can extra toast my bagel she goes and calls a manager and tells the manager there’s an issue so there’s an issue when it comes to extra toasting your bagel then a guy name Wesley comes out acts like he’s the owner of Dunkin really rude really disrespectful yelling “loudly what’s the issue” everything comes premade he saying, but I asked for it to be extra toasted. I wasn’t asking for much. all I wanted was an extra toasted bagel. Be careful what you order here and what you ask for you will be attacked
