THE best restaurant experience our family has had in the last 10 years going to this area. We were intrigued by the menu and were blown away with the taste, presentation, and service. The ribs were falling off the bone with a very unique sauce. The steak sandwich was glorious, and the plantains were outstanding. Take the family, or enjoy a wonderful date night.

Highly recommended. Great food, friendly and peaceful vibe. Starters, salads paellas, lamb all excellent . Reasonable wine prices and amazing deserts. Keira handled our table and is totally on top of it. Appears to be well run.

This place is a hidden gem that I recommend to everyone. The food is incredible and Chef Eduardo puts so much care and thought into his menus (I’ve loved every restaurant he’s worked at). While the paella is amazing, the brussel sprout appetizer is a must and the crab cakes are decadent. I’m constantly shocked by how not crowded it is everytime I’ve gone and I can only hope that more people visit and appreciate this wonderful place.

This is a hidden GEM of a place to dine! Out cocktails, wine, plantains, lobster bisque, ribeye sandwich, BBQ ribs, and dessert was fantastic! Highly recommend the food. Get a table on the screened in porch and enjoy your feast. Super affordable too.

This restaurant was KNOCKOUT, minus the cocktails (I recommend wine or beer. Eduardo (chef) knows exactly what to do with the sauces and the lamb lollipops were absolutely to die for paired with the plantains, per recommendation of the kindest waitress . All in all, my sister mother and I had a blast and favorable dining experience at a local lil hub

Tonight was our first visit. We arrived 1 hour after they opened. Our server was delightful and the food was delicious. They did only have the one waitress but she worked hard tending to the tables.

Very disappointing. Honestly, food was just not good at all. Large portions, but bland and poor quality. You can tell most of the stuff they serve is frozen. Server was so nice though. Hope this place improves.

We have been coming to Union Pier for many years and decided to visit The Grove this past Wed night. Was seated and greeted right away. We enjoyed our cocktails and crab cake appetizers and didn’t feel rushed at all. The carbonara and salad was delicious, as was the chocolate cake for dessert. Had a chance to talk to the owner and she was very interested in how our meal tasted and how the service was.

My friend and I had dinner this evening and were greeted by wonderful staff and had a great dinner. Our server made the whole evening. We dined early so it wasn’t crowded yet. I had the beef tenderloin, green beans, garlic mashed potatoes, and 5 grains. My friend had the walleye, beans, potatoes, and 5 grains, with a nice bottle of wine. Oh, and the music was great!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary over the weekend by staying at the Gordon Beach Inn and then by having dinner at The Grove. The food was excellent as was the service! We both enjoyed our dinner choices,and we will definitely be back again. I highly recommend the vegetable paella!
