I went on indeed and I was asked to come in for an interview , I got there on time but ended up waiting 30 mins for someone to interview me . I went up to ask a manager if I was still having the interview, there was 2 managers on duty mind you, The managers gave me the run around as in debating on who wanted to do my interview. Not only did it make me feel uncomfortable and unwanted but customers could hear what was being said to me. I’ve always had a lot of Respect for this company and I Love there food as well . I am very disappointed. I just can not believe I went through that unprofessional experience. Then as I walked out and I seen a manger/team member walking in and asked her about the situation that I encountered and she was the General manger apparently. Then I proceeded to ask the GM of the store she said “I guess I can give you an interview but we’re not hiring right now” I don’t understand the company or my experience when the job/position is posted on indeed.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH ONLINE ORDER!!!! DISRESPECTFUL STAFF. I ordered online, after being charged the pickup time was set for the next day. I called the store and was told that I had to cancel the order. The staff (chelsey and christina) hung up on me TWICE! All I wanted was help with cancelling my order. My order was over 50 bucks. This was such an unfortunate experience. I refuse to eat from this restaurant again due to this poor experience.

I love the sandwichs and wraps here! Also the “fresh fruit” side is delicious!!! Good portion of fresh ingredients in the sandwiches and wraps. Typical deli prices. Clean and neat establishment with friendly staff. Food was out and at our table quick, on a real plate.

We are frequent customers. The food is always good and the staff is friendly…. until this visit!! We arrived around 8:15 PM. We were enjoying the music and watching a NCAA tournament game. Then at 8:29 everything gets turned off by the manager (close 9PM). We mentioned we were watching the game and a rude remark was made while she was locking the front door. I walked up to the register and requested a take out box, and said since we were an inconvenience we would take our food home and wouldn’t be returning. She turned her back towards me and kept replying “Ok” as though my business is not valuable. She then rudely remarked to staff that I was just mad because the TV was turned off. I intend to call corporate tomorrow! Update: We were comped 2 VIP cards for free meals. The manager was supposedly written up. It has been 3 months and we have not returned to that store, nor do we plan too!

My husband and i each ordered the 12″ French Dip. He ordered a side salad and I had potato soup. Let me just say WOW! We could easily have ordered the 12″ and the side salad to split and we would have had plenty to eat. The amount of meat was very generous. The salad was a good, healthy salad with spring mix. The potato soup was very good with a good amount of spice in each bite.

This is probably my favorite chain deli. And I have to say, this one in Elkhart is great! Everyone from the counter to the very nice servers who bring your food are very friendly and always have a smile! I have the Tea Pass, so I’m almost in there every day! Everything is delicious and freshly prepared. Definitely my favorite go to while in Elkhart!
