I always have some nostalgia for Pizza Hut, and nostalgia was our menu choice last night, but things have clearly changed since my youth. Though the food was fast and service friendly our Pizza was weirdly undercooked in some places and overcooked in others. Soft and floppy or black and crispy. I’ve honestly had better frozen pizzas. Tbh it left us feeling sick too. The other major chains seem miles ahead these days, and they’re not doing anything special themselves.

TRASH!!! Wasted money here. Pizza EXTRA greasy. I can literally wring the pizza out and fry a new meal with all the grease that’s on this pizza. Breadsticks and cheese bread weren’t even CUT. Bread sticks didn’t even look similar to the ones I’ve had in the past. Just all around disappointing. Pic is after we cut the breas ourselves.

This is unacceptable! Your staff knew this was burnt. I spent $40 for food that went I’m the trash! The pizza wasn’t wasn’t cooked all the way with a rude driver that was still tipped. Never again

Only reason I have a star was because I had to For 1 my pizza was ordered at 9.32pm wasn’t delivered till 11:21pm my pizza was not done wasn’t hardly any sauce on the pizza it was just a god giving awful experience an for the manager to send the pizza out looking the way it did not to perfection she doesn’t deserve to work on what is your prized menu item… this isn’t the first time I’d experience this but I looked over it but has happen twice since.. an all I was offer was a refund…. no let me remake your pizza or I’ll refund you the money an your next pizza is free… just my money back.. but I had to go buy food elsewhere that night.. half of everything was closed in town.. so I had to drive drunk at midnight to get food because of the 2700 Gallitin Rd Nashville, TN location error on late order an for sending me a half done pizza… I will never order from this location again probably not even Pizza Hut… going back to domino’s

The new Melts were a disappointment! I was thinking they would be like a folded pizza. They were not! The crust was too crispy. Tasted and looked more like crackers. The meat lovers was okay. The Chicken Bacon Parmesan, not so much! I give 2 stars for the Chicken Bacon Parmesan Melt. I won’t be ordering these again.
