It was a sweet surprise to find Tim Hortons in New York because we don’t have them in California and the only place I knew them is Canada. I just got my double double and a Boston creme. Also I got two bags of ground coffee to bring back home. When are you going to open Tim Hortons in California??

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese, love cream cheese just not the whole package on one bagel. Iced coffee was great….. except for the dang lid. Leaked all over my closing every drink FML. Won’t go back don’t have time to change clothes every day. Invest in different cups or lids.

Just recently moved to the area so we were very excited to have a Tim Horton’s close by. Two of the employees I interacted with were great; I had also just purchased the unlimited wash at Delta Sonic so getting a free medium coffee was a great ‘perk’. The two of them were very nice and accommodating. Then today, I had a very undesirable experience with which seemed to be someone more managerial but I wasn’t totally sure. I ordered my coffee and gave her my card, she said that I didn’t have a verified account attached with the card, but I did not know what she meant. I thought that the cc attached to my unlimited membership was all that I needed; she said no, that people often confuse that with having a linked bank account for payment. She also complained aloud to me that the other employees will often overlook this and just give the customer their coffee. I was confused and offended because nobody explained this to me when I signed up for the unlimited membership last week. Secondly, the difference between account linkage is not something I have dealt with in the past, as this is my first membership with a car wash and as stated, I was excited about the ‘perks’. She then walked to the another register and acted as if she was going to proceed with the next customer to which she out loud asked “Do you want to still purchase a coffee” which I replied that I did not (since I my membership offers me a free coffee). She did not even try to help me or explain what I had to do to link another account. This, with other customers in the Tim Horton’s area, was extremely embarrassing; overall she was unnecessarily rude and could have assisted me better by being friendly and accommodating, and not dismissing me. Hopefully I should have my account linked soon because this was a benefit that I looked forward to and had been enjoying for the past week, before embarrassing me in front of a store full of other customers. I left with no coffee and a bitter taste in my mouth.
