Always great food. We order with grubhub delivery is fast and we’ve tried other Chinese restaurants in the area. The main moon has been in Ilion since I was a kid. It’s our favorite place for Chinese.

The pandemic really changed the landscape of the restaurant business and main moon along with it. They explained why they have held off opening the buffet, due to staffing and rising food cost. I opted for their takeout and loved it. They’re a locally owned family restaurant and a staple in the community for over 20 years!

Pork sliced appetizers were a little tough, so were the steamed dumplings. Dough was a little chewy the last couple times I ordered that. The food used to be better. The beef lo main hardly had any beef at all. I counted 3 pieces in the pint.
