Sauce is too thin. I got five cheese and it was not cheesy. Also, their crispy chicken is just frozen pop corn chicken thrown on top. Also, was almost $20 for a below average bowl of Mac and cheese. Customer service is lacking, they were not very friendly.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is a photo of what you pay eight dollars for. Absolutely ridiculous. More than half of these aren’t even the size of a child’s marble. Do not recommend.

Ordered lobster mac and cheese. Large portion of mac and cheese with cubed tomato. Dish is watery towards the bottom of serving, pasta shape probably holding extra water. Extremely light on the lobster it was finely chopped flake. Lobster portion probably the size of one of the tomato cubes in picture. Should change the name to tomato mac.

Have always enjoyed the food here but this is the second time in a short amount of time I went to order the Lobster Mac and its sold out… if its a “best seller” you should prob stock up on those ingredients so you don’t sell out so frequently.

We had no issues here. Our 7 year old is obsessed with mac and cheese and was excited to see a smoked gouda mac. He ended up getting the kids meal with popcorn chicken and mac but he ate every last bite. I was impressed with the overall value. Menu wasnt too expensive and lots of flavors to choose from.

Ordered the white truffle and mushroom Mac n cheese – Total ripoff … I can’t believe I paid $15.72 for a penne plate with some mushrooms.. barely had any cheese… very watery and bland.. no flavor.

I want to start by saying the food here is great! But I got pretty grossed out watching the red haired lady in the back, using her bare hands to eat while preparing our meals. I watched her eating some fried food (hopefully not off of someone else’s paid for meal?) She then used her bare hands too open the freezer and grab a handful of frozen food to put into the fryer. Then, she used her hands to arrange some fried food onto someone’s plate. I really feel like this needs to be addressed because I love your food but since this last visit, I have to question how sanitary it is.
