Worst pizza experience ever. Food was supposed to be at my door within 46 minutes it took over an hour and 45 minutes. The pizza was cold when it finally arrived. I would not recommend this establishment.

An hour waiting in line only for them to say they lost our order. Even with screen shots of the order and totals. They refused. Said we could reorder with a two hour wait….Never again. You lost our business.

Thought I’d give Papa John’s a try. I won’t be back! After spending 5 min’s trying to navigate their phone service someone answered that I absolutely could not understand! I could immediately tell his English wasn’t well at all! After spending 10 min’s on the phone with this guy I finally got my order in! When I got to the store I asked who answered the phone? Was told we don’t answer here!!! Somehow I already knew this! So what they are doing is using a middle Eastern phone answering service my guess would be India!!! That also tells me I’m now paying more to pay for this service that I couldn’t even understand! Their large pizza appears to me what most places would be medium! I’ll stick to Pizza palace in North Vernon at least I can understand who I’m talking to!!! Was supposed to be meat lovers, was very disappointed with the skimpy toppings!! I had to give the guy from India a fake name because he had no idea what I was saying. So tried to pick a last name he would understand, White. He still had to have me spell it to him!!

When food was not available to the visiting/training soldiers, this Papa John’s location understood the difficult situation we were in and coordinated with delivering to our location. You have no idea how much this pizza made so many soldiers’ day, especially after an extremely long training day with food/water plans that fell through. It gave us enough motivation to keep training the next day and many smiles emerged. Thank you to the management team and the driver for coordinating and supporting our troops.

Used to be my go to place. Last time I ordered they were kind of busy but the wait was so long I finally just left. Last night I ordered online to pickup. My confirmation email said 45 min wait. I showed up in the drive through in 40 min and waited in line for an additional 20 min. When I finally got to the window they say it’s going to be at least another 25 min. I can see inside that nobody is wearing gloves or masks. I told them to keep it. Done with this place.

Never spoke to a person. Waited 45 mins on the phone never was answered. Tried to correct an issue on my order I made online. Terrible customer service. I’m going to stick with Pizza Hut. They have wonderful employees and actually treat you like a customer with respect and not like you’re a burden to them. If I could give papa johns a 0 zero , I would. Also, pizza was cold upon pickup (which should have been delivery had someone answered the phone).

Normally isn’t too bad of a place. But last order the pizza got here ice cold. And the delivery dude was creepy with my girlfriend. Now literally order a pizza on Wednesday when it’s not suppose to be busy. Around two thirty. Apparently it’s gonna take two hours to make and get here. Literally it says in the confirming e-mail estimated deliver time is 4:38 to 4:48. How the f does it take two hours to make and deliver a pizza?

Our go to for dinner when we are in a hurry. Can usually feed 4-6 people for less than $25 with left overs for cold morning pizza. Can’t beat that. Love having the Papa rewards free meals saved up too !! Orders always correct. Order online and pick up at window. Usually takes five mins or less to order.

I made an order at 4:15 pm and they said it would 88 minutes and I thought that long but I was ok with that.so I went to where we meet to pick up my order and waited 10 minutes or so then I called to check when they were coming and I was on hold for 45 minutes and when they finally came back to the phone they said he just l.eft. I did not get my order till 7:30pm why they would make people wait that long on hold I find very rude. I would have much rather them call and or tell me it was going to be 3 hours I might have made other arrangements. But letting me set on hold poring down rain waiting. I was not happy .if I would not have already paid for it I would have just went home but 57$ was to much money to lose probably won’t be going back there .being on hold was my biggest issue. I understand they might be busy but really .
