I went on a Friday night and it was one of the worst experiences I have had in any establishment. Multiple employees who were not doing anything. The employee who was supposed to be handling the register ignored customers in the waiting room for over 10 minutes. Two employees, instead of helping to put orders together, were singing and dancing with each other. The place was dirty. There was really only one employee working but she can only do so much. I get that fast food is a rough job and doesn’t pay like it should but this was beyond terrible. Never again during this time.

On 8/19 at 7:43 pm the place was not stocked with napkins or silverware. No tea in front or back. Place was dirty. Women’s bathroom was dirty. Told the staff about Bathroom. They have yet to go in and take care of it. Food is well prepared. Cash only at front register, they were nice enough to let me use my card on the drive through.

My husband went inside to order since the drive thru was backed up. We got the sausage and egg biscuit special. Eggs had been divided between the biscuits and the sausage was black and dried up. With this being after 5 I would think they would have fresh eggs and sausage. They had to have cooked ours at lunch. Very disappointed.

Today it was “breakfast with a show.” The employee that took my order & my money, walked out without a word to any of her coworkers. When the other workers realized she was gone, they all forgot about waiting on customers to talk about what was happening. There were customers backing up at the register. No one came to take orders. I asked an employee who was just standing there, doing nothing if I could get my order. She immediately had an attitude towards me for even asking for her help. This Bojangles should close if this is the best they can do for customer service.

Location is getting much better! Hot food and friendly service. I understand charging for extra sauce when needed but if someone spends $35 and doesn’t get another condiments, 1 sauce at no charge would be nice. SO GLAD THEY ARE IMPROVING THE STAFF AND SERVICE!!! Keep up the great work!

Waited over 10 minutes for ONE cajun filet biscuit. Had me pull up away from the window even though there was no one in line behind me. Customer service was non-exixtent. Biscuit wasn’t even hot when we FINALLY got it. Will NEVER return to this location.

Another bojangles ..I had to go back and count my order is right. I said time wasn’t a problem,so 15 biscuits order was 12 when I counted and got in truck. This is another bojangles I tried in Monore NC , sigh ..my teammates like thier biscuits. The restaurant was clean. Please check your order before you leave, a sign needs to be put at the drive thru.
