At long last, we were able to attend the Metztli crew’s popup at Brain Dead Studios and WOW were we impressed. The potato taco was stellar, the beef cheek birria taco was bomb, and the shrimp tostada was fantastic. Such well balanced flavors, very purposeful, and visually stunning to boot.
