Made it online order because I love to get points rewards. And this time when I went to pick up my order got home opened it. And it was a very small portions about 4 pieces of cabbage for my side of greens and for the steak. I only had 2 pieces .. for the of the extra money. Im ot going to order that again. It seems like every time I order online. My portions are very small. What’s the point of having online rewards? If your plate is smaller than if you order face-to-face. Mad.

This location is one of the best in Sacramento. The employees are very pleasant the only thing they could use a little help with is the waiting and keeping the line moving. I’m sure that’s due to lack of employees but other than that it’s another one of my favs.

Went for a t-mobile Tues deal. They had my order ready and prepared with the condiments I requested. I was pleased with the accuracy. The orange chicken was so hard. It was over cooked. This happens often with panda.

I got 5 big plates orders Frances was helping me include two more girls.one plate was missing one item.and other all plates also was very. Little quantities of food if they got write money they spose to give enough food to costumer. When I want to talk about this nobody gave me gave me answer. No smilies and creating . Bad costumer service. I don’t recommend this location to anyone

I asked for when the mushroom chicken will be ready and I was told in 6 minutes then later they said 8 minutes then again 6 minutes. Frances was taking our order and she being really rude the whole time. I will never come back. Horrible experience with her.
